Such a quaint little restaurant with really tasty food! I am always in search of a good Tom Yum with fried tofu and this place does a really great job. The tofu is in small enough chunks to be able to have a nice bite, which I really appreciated! The only thing is, I wish they served it with the Thai soup spoon, and not the regular metal spoon. Other than that, the service was friendly and the waiter/cook read my mind when I asked for dessert (mango with sweet sticky rice).

I visited this restaurant because I was craving Asian food, and as someone who has tried a lot of Thai cuisine, my expectations were high. Unfortunately, my experience was a bit underwhelming.
The **papaya salad** lacked the spice I was hoping for and leaned more on the sweet side, which wasn’t what I expected. The **fried rice** was decent, but the **chicken didn’t taste very fresh**, which was disappointing. However, the biggest letdown for me was the **Tom Yum soup**. I specifically requested extra spicy, expecting a bold kick of heat, but it seemed like they just tossed in a lot of chili flakes without actually enhancing the flavour.
Beyond the food, the **restaurant’s cleanliness was a concern**, especially the **toilet, which was extremely smelly and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while**. It definitely took away from the dining experience.
Of course, this is just my personal experience, and others might have a different opinion. Hopefully, the restaurant improves in these areas because Thai food deserves to be done right!

I brought my family here for an early dinner and wanted to find a gem in Denver’s not-very-diverse restaurant selection. Spicy 9 Thai is a quaint restaurant attached to an Asian grocer with limited indoor seating, clean restrooms, and fast service. Their menu has great variety and we ordered something different for everyone. The portion sizes were fine, just a bit larger than a one-person serving for the entrees. The curry was a lot more like soup than we are used to; their mango sticky rice and Thai iced tea were both excellent desserts though the Thai iced tea still had more ice than we’d like. Overall, flavors are there as the difference between authentic and spicy 9 Thai is limited to just a few dishes. Would dine here again.

I love Thai food. Chicken Phad Thai to be specific. Decided to try somewhere new. I was definitely not impressed. The Chicken Phad Thai had a tomato based sauce. I’ve never had it that way and absolutely did not care for it. We also had crab wontons. Also not impressed. They were definitely not light and airy like others I have had. You could taste the crab though. It was a giid effort but we won’t be back.

This is the best Pas Thai by far! The egg rolls were light and crispy, the Thai tea came in a fun cup and the pad Thai was amazing! The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but the food is soooo amazing! They also deliver through Grubhub! You must check this place out!

This is my first and will be my last time here. Very disappointing. If the rice is bad, you can guarantee the rest of the food is . The sticky rice, chicken satay and sausage was old, dry and hard. The chicken larb which should be a salad was a soup instead. I ended up throwing it all away

I am HIGHLY disappointed and I should have read the reviews 1st I but I was extremely hungry and I still am. I ordered Drunken Noodles. This is what I was delivered. This Flavorless Meal with Black Pepper on Top. I asked for Mild Double chicken and Absolutely Hated it. The sticky rice came from a rice cooker. And I won’t be doubling back. $22.34 down the Drain.

Awesome food! Legit Thai staff and kitchen, very mom and pop like restaurant. It’s pretty casual (pay at the counter style) and grab your own seat/table. There’s Thai country music playing in the background, but no worries of a language barrier as I was able to order in English perfectly fine. Would recommend this place if you want great quality and value at this price point!
