We bought aloo samosa today and this is what we see after reaching home. The quality is really bad. They should think before serving these atleast seeing children at the counter.

Ordered veg noodles. It was horrible. Seems put some random masala, so taste very bad. In addition noodles were boiled too much and it seems was made with frozen vegetables. Will not order food from this restaurant again.

Judging by other reviews, it’s abundantly clear that I am no expert on Indian food! I thought what i had from the hot food case was delicious. I tried the onion samosas and really liked them. I also tried a savory “donut” looking thing with some type of tahini based dipping sauce. Excellent! Sorry, but i can’t tell you for certain what it’s called. I felt like I was annoying the young lady serving me after I asked her to repeat the name 3 times. I googled it, and I think it’s called Medu Vada. I’ll be going back.

the only thing worth buying from here is Samosa – bought a few times and found it good.

Picked up Natukodi Chicken Biryani – it was pathetic. Dry and extremely chewy pieces of bone with barely any meat. I had to simply trash it.

Gulab Jamun was stale and tasted sour. See attached video, never seen a sugar syrup like this.

It took nearly 30 minutes to service an order of PLAIN Uttapam and Chicken Dum Biryani.

The lady who took the order asked me if I wanted Onion Uttapam to which I replied, “not onion, PLAIN Uttapam.”

I was tired at the end of day of travelling which started at 6 am and it was 5 pm with no lunch.

So I came home and opened the box to find an ONION UTTAPAM WHICH WAS BURNT BLACK.

I scraped the burnt portion before I took the pictures.

Part 2.

Two batata wadas.

Onions and spicy like there’s no tomorrow.

Enough.

No more food from these folks.

I wonder what’s in store for me in the Biryani.

It sure is ominous because she asked me spice level..

How can spice level be adjusted in a real DUM biryani??

Today, I had egg bonda there.. The people who are working there didn’t bother to remove the egg shell from the egg and made the egg bonda out of it.. Worst cafeteria they have, please find the attached photo for your reference – Dated -3/1/23

Food absolutely awful!
We ordered Dal Makhni and Panner Butter Masala. I am very sure that they have never tasted a real dal makhni.
The one that we order tasted like dal mixed with Sambhar. Panner was edible but again way off then what a real PBM would taste like.

Avoid this place!

We ordered 2 masala dosa. They served food in dirty plate , sticky and black colored clearly can seen on plate . When we asked them to change, food was intact, same plate they gave us again.
Also food was cold. it was cold dosa , cold sambhar.
Never stop by here. Spoil our January 1st 2024

Love the Vegetarian snack foods they sell at this place. As I shop in Spice Hut regularly, I do stop by the food court inside all the time. Tried most of their snack foods.
I love their Onion Pakoda, Onion Samosa, Punugulu, Mirchi bajji (stuffed and plain), and Plantain bajji.
Definitely recommend the take-out option (as the place is not ideal for dining-in).
