Really good experience. Fresh food and nice vegetarian options. Friendly staff makes for a really great overall dinner.

Fresh concept as we wanted quality food but don’t want to take as much time with a traditional dine in.

Decor is modern mix with traditional touches.

Food came out hot and was served in dishes that kept the temp hot and enjoyable throughout the meal.

New place in the area I definitely recommend. They will ask you spice level which comes out as requested.

Absolutely loved this place! Went in for dosa and it was mind-blowing—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly made. It was so good that we ended up ordering chicken kebab and gulab jamun as well, and both were equally amazing.
The restaurant is very neat, clean, and well maintained, which made the experience even better. The staff was polite and welcoming throughout. A sweet surprise was the complimentary carrot halwa, which was delicious and such a nice gesture.
Definitely a place I’d visit again and recommend to anyone who loves good food!

An excellent addition to Bradlee Shopping Center. On a whim, the four of us popped in for a late lunch/early dinner. We started with the Onion & Palak Pakora – very good. Our table had the Tikka Masala, Vindaloo and Korma all with chicken (options include lamb, paneer and shrimp/salmon). We also had one Goat Masala. We found the food to be very fresh, tasty and incredibly good. We also ordered the butter naan and chili garlic naan. No alcohol served and it’s a heavy carry out delivery spot. Friendly staff. Will return!!!

FYI know your spice level!!

I am writing to share my incredibly positive experience with Spice Life Alexandria. I discovered your establishment quite by accident after a Pilates class and was immediately impressed.

The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and the owners and staff are exceptionally welcoming, providing outstanding service. They even offer momos, which are fantastic. .

I highly recommend Spice Life Alexandria to anyone looking for excellent Nepalese and Indian food.

Delicious! We got takeout (samosas, butter chicken, daal makhani, garlic naan) and were really impressed by how fresh and flavorful the food was and by the generous portions! I normally find Indian takeout to not be spiced enough and maybe a too sweet, but this food was delicious and so well-seasoned. The butter chicken was incredible. Our new go-to Indian spot!

From the moment I walked into Spice Life Indian Fare, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere is warm, clean, and inviting, with subtle touches that make you feel like you’re about to enjoy something special. I ordered the Chicken Vindaloo with Butter Naan, and I was absolutely blown away.

The Chicken Vindaloo was packed with deep, bold flavors and just the right amount of heat to make it exciting without being overwhelming. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, and the sauce had a beautiful balance of spice, tanginess, and richness that hit every note. It’s easily one of the best vindaloos I’ve ever had.

The Butter Naan was fresh, warm, and pillowy-soft, with just the right amount of buttery goodness brushed over the top. It paired perfectly with the vindaloo and made sure not a drop of that amazing sauce went to waste.

The service was just as impressive as the food. The staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to make sure I had a great experience. You can tell they take pride in both their food and hospitality.

This was my first visit, but it definitely won’t be my last. Spice Life Indian Fare has earned a permanent spot on my list of go-to restaurants. If you’re looking for authentic Indian cuisine with outstanding flavors and excellent service, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Food is very average. Customer service definitely needs improvement. We ordered chicken 65 which is typically dry fried chicken. I asked the lady what she recommends between the chicken 65 vs chilli chicken. The lady said she likes both but likes the 65 because its dry and has fried curry leaves. When we got the food the chicken was wet and didn’t have any fried curry leaves. when asked isnt chicken 65 usually dry the lady with the hat very rudely goes “what this isnt dry enough for u?!” definitely not coming back and not recommending the place to anyone. Please look at the pics and decide if that looks like chicken 65 ‍♀️

I only have tried Indian food once years ago and it was way too spicy for me.
I was out running errands and decided to try the samosas with chat and they had a mild option. It was great and enough for 2 full meals. Definitely an option for me now with the vegetarian and mild spice options.
