I gave them a little bit of time after their grand opening to get adjusted.. I was not disappointed.. I was stunned at how affordable compared to other local area restaurants the wings were. I was fortunate enough to catch a special that they were currently running . (Approximately the first week of January of 26)… A drink -a good bit of fries and 10 wings was only approximately $13 total with tax. There were multiple options for the wings.. whether it was barbecue plain etc …I ordered the plain with barbecue on the side.. cooked just right and great flavor. The ones that I received were NOT cooked to the point that they were dried out and the meat was hard.. very friendly cashier. Friendly workers. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door… Seating is slightly limited as far as spaciousness.. very navigable for a person with a walker wheelchair or even a small scooter.. there was no blaring or blasting music of any kind very peaceful actually.. restaurant was clean for the most part however I would say that they look like they had had maybe a large lunch crowd.. I came in shortly after the peak of the day.. The food was hot and fresh and exactly as I had requested.

I have been waiting on this place to open for while! I walked in and all of the staff greeted me. The cashier helped me through the menu! on customer service & cleanness. Wings are top notch they had so many flavors and sauces to try personally I love spice and these wings definitely had it! Also tried the garlic parm w Cajun seating and they were so good! Definitely will be back I’m so glad they came to Semmes !! 1000/10

Amazing fries! We had garlic parm flavored waffle fries and curly. We had regular fries with salt and pepper( little heavy on the pepper) but, still fantastic. My wife had garlic parm wings which were really good and I had the sweet honey wings. Garlic parm was a little greasy but, the sweet honey was amazing. Additionally ordered Mac and cheese bites which were also fantastic. I have high hopes for this place and its definitely replacing foosackly’s for me.

Stopped by Spice Wing while visiting a friend and found a GEM! Let me tell you, it’s better than Wingstop in my opinion. The wings are fried perfectly and service is fairly good. The service was pretty fast and I’m not really particular about the atmosphere. If I do visit again, I’ll be sure to come back.

My first time coming to this restaurant. The experience was amazing . A African American lady served me she was very sweet, polite and had a customer service attitude. The food was great also . My second experience on 12/28/25 at 8:50 pm has not been so good I came in and waited about 40 mins for my order . Ordered before another man and he got his order before me and then was told I have to wait 20 minutes for more chicken to be cooked . The cooks did more talking than fixing or preparing orders . I am not pleased because I was expecting more since they are new . Hopefully they will increase timing with their service

I would like to praise them on their customer service skills. They fixed an issue that I had even though they didn’t have to, they did and went above and beyond to make it right. Also, the food was hot fresh and tasted great!! It was packaged safe and secure for the food to make it to my destination. Everything was great also the staff was very friendly and very helpful The young man behind the counter even stopped what he was doing to walk to the door to open it for me to leave. I am grateful for the resolution!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. As we entered the building, several employees came in behind us after sitting in their cars. None of them washed their hands before putting on gloves and beginning to prepare for service. When we politely asked if they could wash their hands first, the manager on duty questioned why this was necessary. One of the other employees then made a very inappropriate comment saying, “That’s why we don’t like serving yall “When y’all go to Burger King, y’all don’t see what they’re doing.” As we were leaving, several employees came from behind the counter because they appeared upset that we chose not to order. This experience was very concerning, especially when it comes to basic food safety and customer service. I hope management addresses these issues so that other customers are treated with professionalism and respect.

Wings were cooked extremely hard and had a hint of spoiled taste to them to the point where they were not edible. The onion rings were burnt and the fries did not have a good taste. The atmosphere and the staff were inviting but the food left a lot to be desired. This was only there 2nd day being opened so hopefully they will improve.
