We enjoyed a delicious lunch at Spice of India. Tried their lunch specials that includes half serving of a dish, a cup of rice and whole naan. It was very filling. Our Shrimp Tikka Masala and Saag Tofu were prepared very well. Medium level of spice was a bit to hot for us. Order Mild if you just want a kick of heat. Both dishes were well prepared and were really good as dip for Naan.
Buffet option was not available when we visited. They are able to make most dishes vegan.
The server was very well versed with the meals and was very attentive. Price of meal is about $20 per meal after tax and tip. The location has plenty of seating. Ambiance was quite and relaxed.

Late post: 10/25/2025…. My first time eating at an Indian restaurant. It’s also my first experience with my culture. I never once thought I was mixed Indian but their cuisine is so similar to the foods I have eaten all my life. Their curry and rice is especially similar to Cambodian cuisine. The only difference is the consistency of the broth, the ingredients and spices that are used. I really enjoyed the food very much. I’m addicted to their Chicken Tikka Masala Curry which we ordered one set to go. The garlic and aloo naan bread is so soft and pillowy. It goes so scrumptiously in the curry. The rice was just right paired well with the curry. The mixed tandoori grill was delicious as well since you get a variety of their meat in one dish. We finished it off with rice pudding which tasted creamy and refreshing. It reminds me of creamy sweet corn and rice porridge. Everything tasted so fresh and wonderfully good. I had leftover but we mixed it into our to go order for the next day. I definitely loved my meal so much that I can’t wait to go back to the restaurant and devour more of the other dishes. The waiter was very attentive and nice. I would surely recommend this place to my friends and families. #indian #indianfoods #yumyum #scrumptious #firsttimers #loveit #culture #ethnicity #foods #cambodian #vietnamese #spiceofindia

Everything was absolutely Amazing! I just moved from LA and lived a couple of blocks from the Curry Boys in DTLA. I was a bit nervous coming since it looked small and empty around the shopping center but so glad I did. I ordered the Chicken Vandaloo and Butter chicken with garlic naan and it did not disappoint. Everything was a 10/10.
The food was served in good portions, everything was so flavorful and delicious.
It’s definitely a little hidden gem and HIGHLY recommend this place.
Everything smelled so delicious that forget to take a picture before and went straight into the food lol

Trying this place for the first time. The food was good. The food did not take long to be served. Spice level was a bit higher than what I order but the food is still good. I got the lamb curry and that was great. The meat was tender, didn’t have the lamb smell to it, and there was a generous portion of lamb.

Food: Five Stars is an UNDERSTATEMENT – Seriously – I am tired of all those Americanized, Mexicanized, diluted Indian food at Indian restaurants all over in US as well as in many places in India – this place – AMAZING FOOD TASTE AND Temperature and spice level – just perfect – keep it medium – perfect Punjabi Style taste!!!
We ordered: Saag Lamb – perfect saag taste & perfect soft lamb chunks easy to break with the naan morsels; Paneer Tikka sizzler – very good taste and very taste onions and bell pepper masala; Daal makhani and Daal tadka – soooooo authentic home style buttery taste for each, paneer masala- very good taste too; naans – so good – didn’t become leathery and were soft and tasty even to the last piece sitting in tray to be taken up;

Great experience, we were very happy we chose here for lunch amongst all our other options. Customer service from entering the restraint through walking out could not have been improved. The food was flavorful, cooked properly, and well recommended. Rocky, our server, lead this experience. Check this place out and help make sure they are around for years to come!

I really loved this place prior to tonight when a woman stuck her bare hands in all of our water glasses leaving steamy finger prints behind just before pouring our water. She then proceeded to continue touching her face and scratching herself bare handed while walking in and out of the kitchen. We waited well over an hour while no one took out drink order, or even asked if we would like an appetizer. We never officially were served, as we asked for our order to go. I paid for what we ordered, but based on tonight’s service I can’t claim that I am unafraid to eat it.

The food has flavor. The fish masala plate has very light and the fish was soft and buttery again this dish is very light doesn’t have a strong flavor in spices. The chicken masala can never go wrong with that plate. The garlic naans were okay as well as the buttery Naan I just feel like the naans were flavorless compared to what I have tasted and I go to many different spots in cali. I’d say this place is good to eat at if youre just staying up the hill and not traveling downhill. The rice needed a bit more flavor also. Maybe they tone the spices because there’s more white people up the hill or idk but I’d recommend this place needs more flavor on the rice and naans. if you ask for spicey they will definitely make it spicey here which Is good because some other places if you ask for spicey it’ll come out more of a medium heat so glad they made sure it was spicey spicey. Servers are attentive food came out pretty fast

Spice of India is a nice sit-down spot for Indian food in Hesperia. The service was good, the restaurant was clean, and the seating was very comfortable, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal.
I had the Vegetable Samosas and the Lamb Seekh Kebab — both were delicious! My only wish is that the kebab had a bit more sauce, but overall, the flavors were great.
A solid choice for Indian food in the area, and I’d happily come back to try more dishes!
