They’re not at all good at customer service, food may be ok but their service is absolutely crap. They talk bad about customers while inside the kitchen (they didnt know i understand their language) They cant make simple changes to food. The guy at the desk doesnt know anything about restaurant service or their own food. He literally doesn’t even know whats turmeric powder. Just sitting there with his fake accent. Kichen looks very dirty and untidy. Just walking around with dirty slippers. They pretend to be an Indian store but its Bangladeshi food.

Reasonably priced, always tasty, generous portions, good quality ingredients, quick friendly delivery, can order direct from their website (with a discount) or just phone them if you prefer. I have been going to Spice Magic on and off for over 15 years. It’s takeaway only but they do delivery within 3 miles if the order value exceeds a certain amount. They serve great tasting curry which includes a prominent taste of curry leaf which I like and Pilau rice is included with each main curry dish. I particularly like their chicken vindaloo, chicken madras, chicken bhuna, mushroom bhajee and mixed vegetable curry side dish. Avoid the poppadoms which are normally oily and a bit stale.
