I really wanted to like this place. The service was great. The fish was cooked well but bland. The onion rings were not crispy. But the biggest issue is how am I supposed to eat this chicken with all these feathers? I took a bite of a piece that wasn’t covered in feathers and there was no flavor at all. It was supposed to be sweet and spicy. Plucking or burning the feathers off is so simple. This is lazy cooking.

The wait was a little long but we were compensated. The team kept engaging with us, stayed friendly and focused ..I could t qppr ciate that more. They have ere short-staffed but they made us aware immediately. The food was delicious including the cake and the Daquiri. We will visit this place again definitely!

I must first say that I was a bit disappointed considering the name of this establishment. I was under the assumption that it would be extremely tasty and spiced to perfection! Yikes. However, that was not the case. I ordered a Grilled Seafood Combo and a Fish and Scallops Po Boy Sandwich. Before bagging the meals, I assume that it is their practice to show you what you will be receiving and get your approval that it is indeed what you ordered. As soon as she opened the container of the grilled seafood combo I quickly stated, “the fish looks undercooked and raw.” I’ll believe that it was purposely placed underneath the “toast” for that reason. Instead of her offering to prepare it correctly, she looked at me as if I was inconveniencing her. In a restaurant where I was the only waiting customer. After a few seconds of me waiting for her to reply, I merely remarked that I would just take it home and put it in my air fryer to finish cooking it. She didn’t offer an apology or an explanation. She placed it in the bag. I then had to ask for condiments and silverware, which were not already included. The Po Boy sandwich was only a ‘smidge’ better, but still was lackluster. Neither were seasoned well to include the mixed vegetables. I am almost certain that the vegetables were poured frozen from a bag and heated in the microwave.
I very, very rarely provide a negative review for any restaurant, but I felt compelled to do so to prevent others from overpaying for meals that are not seasoned, undercooked and presented by an employee that was rude. She has to have a familial relationship with the owner of the restaurant because there are several reviews that mention a rude employee and she’s still there. Kia was actually nice, so it was not her. She took my order and was pleasant. See receipt.
Maybe the reviews will matter and they will take the time to prepare the food properly and brush up on their customer service. Not to mention it took greater than 35 minutes to receive my food after having to inquire twice how much longer it would be.
Consuming raw food can be dangerous.
Pretty certain I will not return, but I am wishing them well! Notables: $45.58 wasted.

I ordered 2 of their family meals a day before I needed to pick it up. My pick up time was at 1pm & my food was hot & ready a few minutes before. The food was amazing & the whole family loved it. We had the fish, shrimp, & chicken. It was well cooked & seasoned good I will most definitely be back!!!

Ordered at 1:44 pm. Did receive my order till 2:09 because my food was sitting at the counter. Fish and shrimp was cooked in the same grease from the weekend. It’s Monday February 16 2026. Besides I was the only person in the store. I’ll never come back 1 score. Food reviews @ UFIGUREITOUT ON FACEBOOK. I do have video that shows i was in the store. The cashier place an order for about 8 people while I was waiting. Yes I gave a 1 because the fish straps tasted like shrimp and the shrimp tasted like fish. That’s because your frying everything in the same grease. FYI I’m a Chef by trade and knows how long it takes to cook shrimp and fish strips. It’s not like you cooked a whole fish for me. Plus at the time I was in the store I was the only person in there so yes a 1 is well deserved!

My husband has ordered food from here several times for our family, and the food has always been really good. The fries are fried to perfection crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, exactly how I like them. The catfish is real and very tasty, and the hush puppies are a favorite of mine. They’re always golden and cooked perfectly.
My husband also makes sure to bring me a cake bowl by Cake Daddy that they offer, and I’ve enjoyed every one so far. I’m looking forward to trying all of the flavors.
Today was my first time going inside with my husband, and I loved the atmosphere. It was nice and welcoming, and the staff has been friendly to us every time. I’ll be sure to post pictures next time.

The fried chicken was hot and fresh. They have great customer service. The staff was kind and courteous. The owner was also there and was very accommodating to our group. She was kind and very helpful. We were able to relax and have a great time. They have great daiquiri’s, wine and beer. They also have Cake Daddy’s which was a nice treat!
