We discovered this place not too long ago and we already came here few times now, we are so happy that we can eat most delicious indian Thai food close to our town. Meal portion is good, atmosphere is good, serving is good as well. Will highly recommend this place

I’ve ordered takeout before but never dined in. There was no wait and my order was taken immediately. The food was incredible! My favorites were the lamb vindaloo and shrimp tandoori. The naan was fresh, and handled the vindaloo sauce when getting some lamb and potatoes. Glad I came in for lunch, I will definitely come back for more.

5 stars all around! My husband and I went to this restaurant years ago on a date after 2 friends separately mentioned how amazing it was. One even said she was literally licking the plate when no one was looking because she didn’t want to miss any of the sauce as it was some of the best food she’d had in her life. There were no exaggerations – I fell in love with this place and have returned many times, bringing family and friends including people visiting from out of state because I think everyone who likes Indian and Thai food should try this place. Everyone I’ve brought has been enthusiastic in their praise.

My personal faves are the saag paneer with garlic naan and drunken noodles with tofu (they have meat options as well). I’m not a vegetarian and am a big fan of meat-based dishes but these 2 dishes are particularly amazing. I’ve had both from other local restaurants and have yet to find anywhere that compares. Just be aware when deciding on a spice level that Indian spicy is different than American spicy. I like a moderate amount of heat and always order spice level 2 (out of 5) and it’s perfect for those who love a bit of heat without having your mouth on fire for the whole meal.

Looking very forward to my next visit.

If your looking for true Punjabi food you will not be disappointed in the amount of options they have at this restaurant. There are vegetarian and non vegetarian options for any persons taste. We enjoyed many Tandoor Appetizers that were cooked to perfection. The food came in a very timely manner. The portion sizes was perfect for a large group of people. When you ask for mild you indeed get mild food and if you ask for spicy they accommodate accordingly. I will make this one of my must visit stops when I’m back in the area.

I ordered from here tonight on Uber eats and this is the worst indiana food I have had. I could have cooked it better then what this restaurant made.
I got mixed vegetables and they put a ton of onions and bell peppers. Onions are used for cooking and adding flavor not to eat as the vegetable curry. The sauce was thick like to much spice and not and oil. You can also tell they buy boxed spice mix instead of adding the spices. I would not recommend for anyone if you are looking for authentic Indian food.

This is a very good Thai and Indian restaurant hidden away in a suburban shopping plaza. The menu is much more extensive than it appears online. The prices are very reasonable. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. It is BYOB so we have to remember to bring a bottle next time we come.

We live half a mile from this place, but we have only been there 2x in four years. Neither my husband nor I could remember why we hadn’t been back since the last time, over a year ago. Our memories foggy, we decided to order Spice takeout tonight. We both ordered Indian dishes. Three bites in, and neither of us can finish our entrees. My husband ordered Vegetable Jalfreezi. He spooned some of the soft, limp vegetables onto his pile of rice. The vegetables obviously came from a frozen mix, like the kind your mom buys to go with pot roast plus generic stir fry vegetables, all mixed together, including corn kernels. Corn? Sugar snap peas, krinkle cut carrots, diced carrots, peas, cauliflower… a hodge podge of overcooked vegetable matter thrown together in desperation. They actually taste like they were pickled vegetables.

I ordered Chicken Chettinadu, after reading yelp reviews to see what people liked. What I got was the saltiest, greasiest, fattiest sauce I have ever tasted with chewy, overcooked pieces of chicken suspended in an oily ghee mixture with a few herbs floating around. I tried to skim off some of the red grease but it just kept rising to the top. The saltiness is so intense that it feels like I burnt my tongue. I tried to eat the chicken without the sauce, and it is still unpalatable.

We ordered pashwari naan which should be stuffed with white raisins and pistachios. Instead, it looks and tastes like a paste of red dye number 1 inside wet pizza dough. I am not exaggerating. Pictures attached.

So now we remember why we haven’t gone back—although, if it had been this bad last time I am certain we would have remembered that. It couldn’t have been this bad. Because I will never forget this big waste of $45 on $10 worth of salt, fat, and pickles.

My friend had never had Indian and Thai food before so, after seeing the great online images of the food, we decided to try it out. OH MY GOD! Amazing doesn’t even describe this place. The staff was so great. Extremely friendly, helpful and personable. Even a manager popped out to offer suggestions so we could get the most experience and variety on our order.

The food was flavorful, savory and honestly, to die for! Its been a year and I have often longed for it. Whatever wizardry they have going on in the kitchen, works! The atmosphere was tasteful but not over the top. Very relaxing and comfortable.

My friend is now hooked on Indian food and Spice Indian Thai Bistro is now our go to pick when we decide to eat out. If I could give this place, the food, the staff, 6+ stars, I would.

It’s a late review, I know. I just hope that they survive this pandemic and that they come back strong. This place really was so amazing!!!

Delicious! The lamb chettinad was a huge hit – tender, melt in your mouth meat and full of flavor. The bati kebab came out sizzling on a plate of vegetables. Chicken tiki masala is as good as you will find anywhere. This place is a hidden gem.

Highly recommend. Indian food in the Philly area can be hit or miss, but this spot is definitely a hit. Chef is clearly passionate about his food and it shows in the taste and presentation. Came for dinner and the specials were fantastic (pompano pictured). The vegetables were so well flavored they gave the fish a run for its money. Can’t wait to come back for Sunday buffet.
