We LOVE this place! My family and I moved here a year ago and regularly eat here. This is hands-down, our favorite restaurant in Bowling Green. The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are insane! We always have leftovers. And our two year-old daughter, absolutely loves the beef and lamb, the pita, the french fries, and all the pickled vegetables!

Fresh tasty goodness! Friendly service, clean, open atmosphere, and conveniently located in an area you can easily navigate. Outside seating area is a plus. I ordered a chicken bowl that was delicious! Just the right amount of each ingredient and the dressing to put over it was a big plus. If you like Mediterranean food, you need to try it! I’ll be back.

2nd visit.. food was pretty good. I think the value is the issue as my classic bowl didn’t have what I needed for $14. The build your own is probably the only way to really get your fix for $2 bucks more. Shredding the meat also is different.

Great first visit to Speeza. Food was delicious and staff was very helpful. I’ll be back ( in the voice of Ah-nold.)

Mediterranean Street Food! Food was fast, fresh and flavorful. I had a very filling lunch, but it did not weigh me down. The (wicked feta) sauce was fantastic and it will be on all my orders in the future.

We absolutely loved our visit and our food, the only comment I have is spiciness of the harissa sauce, which we were told is not too spicy, may be a 4 out of a 10, but to us it’s an 8 out of a 10, just so you know, otherwise, the food is great. Everything is great! They make crepes!

The restaurant was clean, parking was easy, and staff couldn’t have been nicer. It’s set up cafeteria style for ordering, but they also have self-serve kiosks for ordering as well.

The menu is very unique with items ranging from pita based sandwiches, wraps, bowls, salads, crepes, and a variety of baklava. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options.

With so much to choose from I went with the Beef and Lamb pita sandwich at the recommendation of one of the polite staff members. It was massive and filled with meat, onions, cabbage, parsley, tahini, and harissa. I divided it and half was plenty for me. I also got Stobi Flips peanut flavored puffs as a side. These lightly peanut/peanut butter flavored snacks from The Republic of Macedonia were delicious.

I had a coupon for free baklava, so I tried their chocolate pistachio and their traditional pistachio. Both were excellent, and they also offer a walnut version.

Given portion sizes and quality, the pricing was fair and service was fast/efficient. This is not the golden arches if that’s the type of food and pricing you’re looking for.

What a wonderful place! Bowling Green, I mean. Everyone seems to mind their own business, and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed. The city is clean, and the weather is just perfect—I’d seriously consider moving here.

When it comes to food I’ve visited a few restaurants, and in every single one, the food has been clean and flavorful, even at the franchises.

I have to admit, I have a soft spot for anything Mediterranean, if you know what I mean . For this reason I need I have to say Speeza is at the top of my list.

P.S. The food tastes even better than it looks! “The Grazer bowl”

A friend and I had a great meal here today. It was my first time at this restaurant. Speeza is set up similar to Chipotle or Blaze pizza, but maybe not as customizable unless you want to pay more. Being that this was my first time to the restaurant, I tried a few different items. My favorite item of all was the Grape Leaves in tomato sauce. I actually bought more to take home before leaving. I also got the Baba Ghanoush (roasted eggplant dip) with pita, a chickpea salad, and just a side of their chicken. Everything was super delicious, and I’ll definitely be back!

This place was excellent! Clean and nice inside and outside seating! The Food was delicious and authentic! Loved their falafel, baba ganoush and my husband really enjoyed the huge house special. Lots of flavor and definitely some spice to it for the people who enjoy spicy foods. We will be back and looking forward to the next time! Thank you for the amazing food and service!

Here’s the deal, this place isn’t claiming to be a 100% pure Authentic Mediterranean street food restaurant. If you read their website it straight out says their goal is to provide Mediterranean-style street food for the US market. So, anyone who wants to knock them for inauthenticity is simply incorrect.

With that out of the way, if you’re looking for good, affordable, tasty Mediterranean-style food, Speeza is your spot. We’ve been multiple times and have never gotten a bad dish. Everything is freshly prepared, well seasoned and while it may not be super cheap, it’s by no means expensive and the value you get with the portion sizes are great. On my most recent visit, I ordered the House Speciality pita with Beef & Lamb. It also comes with fries, veggies and 2 sauces in the pita. It’s $13, but also the size of a small pizza, roughly 11-12 inches in size so you definitely won’t leave hungry. Overall, for a fast casual Mediterranean spot, Speeza is a winner.
