This place is horrible I’ve been trying to get my money back for food I didn’t even get, there’s a woman that is an employee there disrespected me over the phone has slammed the phone which I’ve had to keep calling so when I finally got to speak with the manager named Brandon I told him on how disrespectful was his employee on top of that her telling she was the only one in the store now yesterday I called to find out why I haven’t gotten my money back which was 1 in the afternoon they said stay by your phone manager will call you. Never got a call back or anything so today I called to speak with the manager the rude lady said you can’t speak to him he’s on vacation. These people think money grows on trees they refuse to return my money and now I’m gonna contact my credit card and also the BBB TO report them on how they take people money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one at all they wouldn’t like that done to them if you were to stay with there money. People I suggest you guy’s find a better Chinese food place to eat. I was recommended to them by my neighbor, they are crooks!!!!!

Sesame Chicken was chewy, and I have good teeth. If it had any flavor it was masked by the chew… I’ve had chewing gum more tender. The pork egg rolls were good. My two napkins placed directly on the slightly greasy egg rolls were unusable. There was no fork, spoon, or even chopsticks to eat with. Nothing like getting door dash so I don’t have to leave, to have to leave my food to go get cutlery to eat it. So two stars on food just because the egg rolls were good. Service gets a 2 only because they included duck sauce and soy. I should have gotten something from China10. Yeah, it would cost more but at least I could have ate it and would enjoy it.

Horrible experience. Ordered through Door Dash. Wings were so hard they couldn’t be eaten. Door Dash only willing to $5 compensation when the wings were more than that.

To begin I order my food around 10:03-10:05 on the phone. The person who took my order didn’t ask for my name or anything and just hung up after receiving my order. I couldn’t even add my drink to my order because he was quick to hang up the line. Next, the order I received was not my order after picking it up. The time is now 10:35 and I call back letting them know they gave me someone else’s order. Alright, they told me they closed at 10:30 but to bring it back. I come back because I paid a lot for my order and I wanted the correct items. Finally, I’m checking out my food the portions they gave me for the beef and broccoli, which were fairly small compare to the bowl/plate itself. As I’m eating I noticed a hair in my food no joke. At first I’m like maybe it’s a piece of plastic or something. I turned on my flash and it is indeed a grayish black hair in my food. My hair is ginger so I know it’s not my hair color. The store is closed and quite frankly I’m beyond disappointed. Perhaps this came from a rush order to make my order correctly. I have no quite idea but this establishment needs to be better managed. Speedy wok should take names and not go by numbers or food specifications. I couldve gotten my food before 10:30, the correct order, brought it back because of the hair. Now I’m stuck disgusted because of the hair in my food and the fact I spent 22.00 on a meal I can’t return. For all the paying customers looking for a good portion/ clean prep Chinese place. I would highly recommend Lambs Garden on 10th street. I settled with this place for distance next time I’ll take the trip across town. I would not recommend eating here and please put on hair nets, gloves, and follow proper food protocol.

65+ years plus population ordering small orders expect a 20-30 minutes wait. The Cooks will definitely cook big money first & move your order back. You can forget it if a Pickup delivery walks in. Don’t go here!

Had a nice chat with the owners and they confirmed that this is their second Speedy Wok location apart from the one near 10th street. Speedy Wok has probably hands down the best Chinese food in Greenville like it’s never a hit or miss, just simply always a great hit with any cravings for Chinese.
