I put my review on TikTok but this place was amazing. Good music excellent food excellent service. We had the guacamole, walking taco, birria tacos, birria ramen and loaded fries. If you see the video that should explain it all lol. Im definitely coming back and I will definitely see you guys at american dream mall for the food truck festival thing lol. They also have Birria ramen! If you like noodles, that’s a must try but you can go wrong with anything you order here because it’s absolutely incredible. A scratch, made amazing kitchen buy some amazing people!

My friend picked this restaurant for her birthday after seeing some posts on social media. We were really disappointed because it didn’t live up to our expectations. The food was just okay, not worth the hype online. It seemed like they didn’t have enough staff; the service was poor, and the waiter got my order wrong. Also, the prices weren’t listed on the menu. I won’t be going back to this place.

The food was really good we tried and ordered a little of everything. I definitely recommend the birria ramen and the shrimp tacos. The consume for the birria lacks a little flavor but not bad at all. There is no servers so customer service is a little slow and it’s pretty small inside. The location isn’t the greatest either but i think it’s worth trying out the food.

So many delicious birria options to choose from including ramen, pizza, tacos and more. We love their fresh hibiscus juice too! You can stuff a baked potato with meat or surf n’ turf. If you’ve never had birria ramen here’s your sign to try! Staff was so helpful and nice. Give it a try!

Ordered delivery to our office. Ordered a speedy burrito with chicken. I got a burrito, but only ingredients inside were steak, soggy french fries, cheese and the green sauce. I give it two stars because the sauce is good and it’s well made (wrapped and packaged well). Not what I ordered. I also thought a Burrito was supposed to have beans, pico de gallo, etc. This was bland and for $20? I hope they pay their employees well.

Speedy Wey was just what my sister and I expected from reading previous reviews. We arrived before 7pm on a weekday. It was a perfect time because there were two tables available and people already seated eating. We were greeted by a friendly lady Paola (I am sure I spelled it wrong my apologies) she asked us to give her a few minutes. This gave us time to view the menu. However, I’ve been looking for a local eatery like this and knew exactly what I wanted. Now I would like you to get the idea out of your head that this is a restaurant with waiters and waitresses and several chefs. This is a neighborhood eatery that has been noticed by someone and was plastered all over the internet (hence how we found it) for good reason. Remember you won’t be seated, if you decide to dine in there is a wait if no tables are available. They do take phone orders and you can pick up (we were prepared to take out if we were unable to be seated). We didn’t find a park in front of the restaurant, however at the light as you pass the restaurant we made a right and there were several parks. I didn’t find the neighborhood to be bad as mentioned in some reviews. I don’t fear for my life when I see a group of people outside enjoying themselves, which they were pleasant and spoke to my sister and I. Paola returned and we placed our order for the Birria Pizza, Ramen Birria small and a large shrimp Ramen birria, pineapple & strawberry Jarritos Mexican drinks. The place did become extremely crowded and I could hear customers saying it was their 1st time and they came because of the internet hype. There was a wait for the food to come out which we didn’t mind because we were able to entertain ourselves watching people attempt to use these 2 highchairs at the back of the store for seating. There was one couple determined to make it work for them, they were impatient and rude. The food was worth the wait! I was highly impressed. We will be back again. If you decide to go please remember there will be a wait so be patient or order ahead, also keep your expectations of appearance as mentioned in previous reviews and you won’t be disappointed Enjoy!!

Speedy Wey is a small mom and pop hole in the wall packed full of flavor. To understand what the hype was, we ordered the birria pizza, fish tacos, birria ramen (which came with cheese taquitos) and churro bites. The consommé is delicious. The pizza is crisp, but not greasy. The fish tacos were fried to a nice crisp, but the fish itself wasn’t super flavorful or topped with anything particularly tasty, but anything dipped in their spicy green sauce and consommé is heaven. The ramen….that is what you want if you’re sick…or healthy…or just alive. The decor is beautiful, with hand painted murals and paintings of powerful women like Frída. Even the high chairs were beautiful! The reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because the menu is unclear about the ingredients (THIS IS FOR YOU, my fellow picky eaters and folks with allergies). The person who ordered the fish tacos didn’t realize they came with avocado, which they’re allergic to, so they couldn’t enjoy it. We didn’t want to send the plate back and waste the food, so someone else at the table took it home. The churro bites also didn’t indicate that they come drenched in chocolate, which I neither expected nor liked. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to taste those. Other folks commented that they were well cooked and did enjoy the chocolate, but anything not listed should come on the side. I would be back, but not before asking about the ingredients on everything before I order.

I loved the food here! I had heard so much about their food that I had to go and get some. They helped me choose from the menu. The horchata was refreshing. The speedy Wey platter was good and so was the chicken in salsa verde that I got. They accept card payment so that’s always helpful!
