Went to get gas. The pump shut off at $6.74 then said replace nozzle. Todd was VERY rude about the situation and was no help! The lady at the counter was more helpful and sympathetic. She was the only reason I gave a 2 star rating. Thank counter lady. I would mention her by name, but I couldn’t read her name tag.

There are people and staff here that deserve five stars because of their wonderful attitudes and commitment to their customers.
Sure there are some that don’t have this commitment or do not have good attitudes. That is evident. It happens in this day. They’re not to be detracted from those who do care, have a commitment and try.
This place does a decent job at keeping their store clean, the food is served hot and fresh and they communicate with their customers immediately if there are any problems such as outages or an item has been 86d on the menu.
They keep a great selection of different items including coffee and soft drinks as well as bottled items from their coolers. They have a café at this location too. Their food is served, once again, fresh and hot and is made to order.
Particularly this location is quite busy even in the night and early morning hours. For this reason they have a need to restock often so therefore some items may not always be available. With that being said they do a great job at rotating these items, keeping the first in as the first items to go out or be sold before the newest items are sold and keeping their stocks full with inventory. Hats off to the staff here as you can tell that they care and try.

I ordered a baked Italian panini with a million different add ones and customizations. When I finally figured out the cumbersome ordering system and received my food I was very pleasantly surprised at how tasty and wonderful the sandwich was. Very nice for a convenience store but with places like Buckey’s and Sheet’s starting to pop up, speedway is gonna have its work cut out for it in order to compete. But I look forward to seeing what is going to be coming down the pipeline in the near future

This store is always clean and ready to serve. I will say this be careful in the parking lot people will always approach you for some sort of sus situation that they need money for. I don’t mind giving money to help other people but sometimes in this parking lot it seems like a lot of bad intentions and I do not stop here alone. Speedway does a good job of trying to keep the place safe but customers beware somebody will walk up to you almost every time you are there pumping gas and ask for money.

I stop almost every day and I think they do a good job of pleasing the customer. It’s very busy especially in morning, but they usually have 2 registers open and good workers. Not crazy about the coffee. Some prices are high but gotta love speedy rewards. Give cashier’s a lot of credit to put up with rude customers.
