Great customer service! One oven was down that day, so it was a bit slower service time, but the cool was very friendly and talkative, so the wait was pleasant. (It’s fixed now) The cashier helped me save some money by using my Speedy points, too. All-around a good visit!

My main service station. Workers are friendly and helpful. They do have issues with their gas pumps and credit card machine a lot. Cheapest place for gas with the discount. You can also earn free stuff if you use their store card.

Quick and easy gas station and cafe stop. Employees seemed friendly and the service was good. We did have a 5 minute wait on our food order because they were so busy. The prices were great, but they did just open and that could be why it was so cheap. I would recommend or go back.

Competitive gas prices, cheap coffee but good, and inexpensive snack foods. Their baked chicken tenders are good! They even have chili cheese fries which I love! The cashiers and staff are very friendly! They have a small eating area which I appreciate! I get gas here at least once a week and a snack.

I like this place but I wish it were cleaner and there’s almost NO parking spaces there. Manager is very nice and so are some of the associates. But some associates are rude and not wearing masks….ever. There’s definitely room for a lot of improvements.

Probably will never go back after seeing a sign on the front door about needing to give up backpacks to the clerk for them to leave behind the counter. Good thing i was not on my motorcycle as i ride with a bag sometimes and i personally refuse to give up my personal property to a random person in belief that no one will take anything out of it. Store policy does not trump my rights and this is near search and seizure.

I go there every or every other day..They are attentive and fast but, we agreed that it would behove Sr./higher ranking Managers could ask to have the little baskets so customers like me could carry my faves without dropping it or cause me to smash up even my donuts. Idea and what I’m getting at. They would be no more work than the slurpy counter. They are attentive, but when it’s crowded… they DO help everyone that they are able to help. I go around the store just to see if I have forgotten about anything. Those little baskets would be AMAZING help in the process of getting my items. (Two)2-liter bottles become my worst enemy. I live so close to the store that I will leave some items and make a 2nd trip to get the rest of them. The employee can’t leave the building, no matter what I buy!!

I stopped to get some food from the Cafe. All the employees were really nice and helpful even got some good laughs in. Lovely was the woman who made our food and when I tell yal it was so good I put in another order before my first meal was finished to have later for dinner. It was only a sandwich but It was so good I had too. She made sure that my family had everything we needed and even had a nice conversation while we it was being prepared. I dont live in new castle but if i was out there and hungry at be at that speedway lol.
