Chase made us the best milkshake I have had in an unknowable amount of years. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the amount of love and care put into that milkshake was top notch! I would take a photo, but it is already long gone. Definitely come by this shop! Cute and friendly, supports a great cause, and has a milkshake powerful enough to make a grown woman want to weep

This is truly an excellent stop for a sweet treat! The milkshakes are smooth and creamy with several flavors to choose from. The staff is diligent and polite. The atmosphere is relaxed and they have seating just outside the store. The French Vanilla Fudge is beyond awesome! I highly recommend a stop if you are in the Monroeville Mall or the area for that matter. Plenty of free parking too.

On the plus side, Great place if you are craving something sweet. My daughter and I got waffles with toppings and they were fresh, warm and really good. So many options it was hard to choose. On the minus side, this is a great place that probably won’t last because of the location. The foot traffic is minimal because this mall is not a popular destination any more. Personally, that was probably my last trip there considering how far it has degraded. This shop would do so much better in some place like Miracle Mile where more passers by can see and smell the great offerings at this cute little shop. Regardless, I’m rooting for them.

I mean, just the smell coming out of it says it all. I had to stop to get their waffles and I wasn’t disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they serve ice cream but also sell candies and chocolates which are beautifully packed, perfect for gifts. Service was quick and professional and the two girls there were very sweet and kind.
Unfortunately there are only 4 or 5 tables outside in the mall but I’m not sure how it busy it gets and if seats availability might be a problem.
I’ll definitely go back soon to try more!

This place was amazing. So cute. Lots of confections and goodies. The staff was so sweet. Prices are unbelievable. Stop in you will not be disappointed!! The Oreo waffle cone and cookies and cream ice cream was the best I’ve ever had!!! The chocolate Oreos and marshmallows mannnn…. And the bottled grape soda… they also have mint ginger soda!!!!

First off, do you like Liege style waffles or perfectly made milkshakes? Try this place out. Easy recommendation.
In more detail though, they have an excellent selection of ice creams with a myriad of ways to have it served to you (cups, bowls, cones, milkshakefied, etc.) and many delectable chocolates to boot.
Positive: Pricing on the Waffles is good, milkshakes are industry average, and craft sodas are standard market price.
Negative: The chocolates are a little expensive overall. Not dissing the quality though, but you are paying premium chocolate prices for what you get, especially the party trays.
Overall: Definitely give it a try and report back your findings, I think you’ll like it!

This is a wonderful confectionery shop with a meaningful mission. They have a variety of treats at different price points, and people were right – the ice cream is amazing! I plan on coming back to get boxes of sweets for gifting.

I have edited my review from a previous 1 to a 5. I had originally gotten extremely hard trufflesthat i had to smash with a cup. I did stop in today and was offered replacements i tried one before i left and it was nothing like the hard ones i had. The people there really do care. It is nice to see that they employ special needs people as they need jobs as well. The truffles were delicious and it was very kind to replace my truffles. I will definitely be back to try some ice cream!
