Really great value for the food & experience. Went there for my birthday dinner with husband and 2 younger kids (ages 6 and 3) and we all loved it! We didn’t have a wait and got a booth which was perfect for bringing kids. The food was delicious. Husband had the perch and I had the Delmonico steak. The server recommended the apple cider vinaigrette which I liked (if you like sweet dressings, it’s good). Delicious! Would go back when visiting Saugatuck!

Staying at Fern Valley Cottage near the Saugatuck Dunes State Park. We had been to Saugatuck several times to eat but wanted to try something local without going back into town. We stopped in at the Spectators Sports Bar and Grill and are sure glad we did. Wonderful local eatery with lots of beer and food choices. We just loved this place. Extremely friendly and top-notch service. You could not ask for better food or service. Many local people here but everyone was welcome. Such an inviting placed. If you like a friendly setting with good food and great service stop in the Spectators Sports Bar & Grill.

dropped in and grabbed a burger, service was good and speedy, the burger was tasty and cooked to perfection. I would do it again. A little pricey but still a decent value.

first off ALLISON is a SUPER hostess. we went in on Thursday november 9th 2025. my wife and I had the perch dinners. perfect breading on the fish and fryed just right. crisply yet flaky on the inside.american and sweet potato fries also perfect. and again I can not say enough about Allison,She made us feel like we were at HER house for dinner. Great place to stop and eat or watch a game.

Spectators has been around for years, and I’ve been visiting since it opened (although infrequently this last decade). Their food is good in an informal setting, and the service is friendly. I visited this last time on a Tuesday, so the special was a wet burrito. It was quite rich and filling, and they brought plenty of extra toppings. I’d recommend Spectators for just about any group of people looking for a decent meal.

They have really good food and drinks—definitely try the Long Island! The staff was super friendly and very welcoming to our dogs. We visited in early May when the outdoor patio wasn’t officially set up yet for the season, but they still let us sit outside so we could enjoy lunch with our pups. Really appreciated the hospitality and flexibility. Great spot!
