I found them to have generous portions that will satisfy even the heartiest of appetites and you won’t be disappointed. The ingredients are fresh, as were the flavours.
What I found really set Specks apart is the traditional diner vibe that permeates the entire restaurant. From the friendly and attentive service to the traditional menu, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time to a simpler, more wholesome era. I even stumbled across a recipe box that was shelf decor and was loaded with old time recipes that I took photos of to try myself. It’s the perfect place to start your day, catch up with friends, or simply relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
Overall, I can’t recommend Specks enough. If you’re looking for a cozy breakfast spot with excellent food and a welcoming spirit, this is the place for you!

Decided to try Speck’s for the first time. Wasn’t disappointed at all. It felt warm and friendly almost like going to grandma’s house for breakfast. Finally a place where the food hits the table and it’s hot. Tired of going to places where you dunk your eggs and they are cold. This place is worth the ride from Windsor. Stopped with some friends for a quick bite. They close at 2:30 and we got there just after 2. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent coffee and ruben had lots of meat. Cozy spot to relax and chat. Good food good staff good atmosphere
