This place understands that meat sauce is fork food (not spoon of straw); it was nice, thick and tasty. I had thier 50/50 (half order of ravioli and of spaghetti) plate. Delicious and filling. The minestrone soup was very good and the garlic bread was Texas toast big.
The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The atmosphere was good, a pleasant eating environment.

Their pasta with meat sauce is about the best you can get within a hundred miles in my opinion….. (I am thinking about it right now).
Baked lasagna with meat sauce and their Danish mozzarella cheese melted over it is quite amazing, as I’m sure the baked rigatoni would be also…
I don’t even mind that they gave up trying to layer the lasagna like a homemade one would be, because the taste/flavor is so incredible…! Their salads are simple but quite fresh and delicious, and the garlic bread as well. Thankfully I don’t live closer to their locations or I would be eating there every other day…!
( As far as their pizza goes, I am not a fan, because they use a strange spice that I do not care for…. I’m sure a lot of people absolutely love it..!).
If you want amazing pasta then Spartas is the place to go..!

It’s ALL GOOD!!! My family has greatly enjoyed, no, LOVED eating at all the Sparta’s houses for 20+ years. Clean, dependable, great employees, fresh ingredients, and that superb Danish cheese – m’wah! Oh, and of course, their fabulous pizzas!

We’ve been to/ordered from Sparta’s in Lynwood several times over the years. Based on that experience, I was thrilled that a closer location opened up. Well, that excitement was short lived.
The menu is the same, but the portions and flavor isn’t. We ordered a salad and a medium pizza. The salad was a lot smaller than Lynnwood. For the price point being the same, the value is terrible.
We were quoted twenty minutes to pick up the order. My husband said to me that was a stretch considering how involved the pizzas are. We got there 25 minutes later and the food was ready. Kind of.
The dough of the pizza was very thin. Overall, the thickness of the pizza was thin. It tasted and looked like the pizza was undercooked.
Overall the flavor of the food was good. Lynwood’s output has been incredibly tasty.
Due to the flavor and value of the food, I doubt we’ll be back.

I got a Sparta’s Pizza from Mill Creek and there was nobody in the restaurant and what I received was half the toppings and half the cheese this is not how Sparta’s Pizza is made. The staff was all sitting in the back talking in Spanish and obviously they do not have the skills to make a Sparta’s Pizza correctly

Spartas is an institution and the pizza is undeniably good. I never like to kill a restaurant based on their prices. Everyone has their own expectation on cheap/expensive.
That said, $14 for the salad in the photo is straight up insanity. How the restaurant can find the customer base that doesn’t get turned off by things like this.

Great family pizza restaurant. Very consistent with other locations. Pizza is amazing. They use a danish cheese that is sooooo good. Even on a busy night, got our pizza to go in 15-20min!

Our party of four came in for dinner, got seated right away and were attended to by a very lovely waitress… However, the consensus between all of us was that the three pasta dishes (baked spaghettini in tomato sauce, tortellini in meat sauce, and chicken alfredo) and the meatball sandwich were all… Disappointingly low quality.
It almost felt like we could have made nicer pasta and meatballs at home from a box or frozen package, and for $20 a plate, we expected vastly better.
The pasta noodles were generally overcooked to mushy soft, the sauces had strange sweet flavors and lingering bad aftertastes, and not a single person between us finished their food.
I will say that everyone else in the restaurant seemed to have ordered pizza, and we didn’t… Maybe the pizza is good, but pasta lovers beware, this is not it.

Management – I wish you paid more attention to your Uber eats / delivery orders. This is now 2 times in a row that you neglect to include all items in an order. How do you forget the main pizza? I could understand a side salad or bread sticks – but how do you forget the pizza 2 times! This is not on Uber – they take what you give them. By the way, it’s not an easy fix just to send the driver back! You don’t take responsibility for your mix up even when we call.
We enjoy your food – it’s good, but unless we dine in or take out ourselves, I just don’t think I’ll be ordering from you again.
