First time visiting. Didn’t have the icecream we were looking for (twist – chocolate and vanilla), decided to get a few chocolate malts, only to drive away and find they were vanilla. Malts were not the best. Not sure if the young man working knew what he was doing.

Great little small-town ice cream shop. It’s nice to have the option of sitting down inside to eat if the weather isn’t nice. The staff is always friendly and the ice cream is fantastic!

The drive through is amazing to utilize with my children! My son gets a baby cone for just a $1 and it’s something we enjoy being able to do since my son cannot go into many restaurants. The menu is large, lots of options, and they offer hot food as well. You can also get a treat for your pup. Friendly staff at all times!

Ice cream is good and service was friendly/polite. They apologized right away for the wait in line we had, which was about 15-20 minutes. I think the people in front of us ordered hot food and because they make everything to order I’m guessing that’s why it took so long.

Some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Went downhill around 2022–2023 but seems to have recovered fine. Service is fast and efficient.

My go to place when near Grundy Center. The workers are always friendly the food is fast and tasty and of course they have great ice cream and other deserts. Highly recommend you try the Spartan-Rite!

Always enjoy stopping by a few times a month. Owner’s are very friendly and they have very good staff working here. Food is good along with the ice cream. Nice addition to Grundy Center.
