Best meal we’ve ever had

Felicia, our server, was wonderful. Great recommendations. Amber, the assistant general manager, made us feel like family. Rest of the crew flawlessly executed their roles

I plan to write a novel-sized review and start a food blog with this experience as my first entry

For now I’ll reminisce on the food and share some pictures. Every dish was brilliant. Every mocktail was perfect

This restaurant is worth a Las Vegas trip! From the personable welcome, the attentiveness of the entire staff, through the ambiance of the cozy dining room, the selection of music, the colors of the decor, to the very last drop of the delightful, delicious, decadent cocktails and the innovative, memorable, scrumptious dishes, “Sparrow and Wolf” was an experience we can’t wait to repeat! Truly outshined every acclaimed restaurant at the Strip we tried and undeniably is a real bargain for the quality of the ingredients, the masterful execution and presentation. A gem!!!

We tried this place recently for a guy’s dinner and had a great time. One of the guys in our party found this place online and made us a reservation. It is off the strip, but a reasonably short trip. We debated doing the multiple course dinner, but opted to split a bunch of items instead. Our server helped us pick and choose some items so we didn’t have too much food for the three of us. We tried one each of the snack items: blue fin tuna tacos, isaan sausage, and the dates. We then tried the beef tartare and sweet corn agnolotti. For mains, we tried the black pepper honey pork copa, lamb, and ribeye. Oh my! Everything was so flavorful and the portion sizes were great for our group to try them all. So many good options. Our server was friendly and informative and she gave great recommendations. They even have a sommelier if you need wine recommendations. We can’t wait to come back to try more menu items.

I thought this would be more like a fine dining restaurant. But when we got there, it was so loud that I compared it to a bar.
Its small so I suggest you make reservations.
Ordered the wood roasted arrowhead cabbage. It was good.
New Zealand venison tartare was interesting. It was like ground venison. I liked it but not what im used to.
Golden tilefish as the entree. That was good. The heart of the rib eye was very tender and flavorful.
The food was good but the portions were small. Good news: no leftovers. Bad news: we ate again and hour later.

Really enjoyed our meal here. Everything we had was delicious, although the tile fish dish was slightly salty. Absolutely loved the cocktails! Things that are must orders are the mini tuna tacos, the octopus risotto, and the sourdough bread. I need to emphasize this bread again bc it was really that good! Highly recommended!

Sparrow + Wolf provides a truly dynamic and impressive dining experience, ultimately deserving of a definitive 5-star rating. The quality of the food and the core service are splendid, showcasing creative and expertly prepared dishes that define modern Las Vegas dining.

Our evening did, unfortunately, include a disastrous hiccup with the service execution. This type of misstep could have easily make me walk out, but how the situation was managed is what truly sets this restaurant apart and confirms its elite status.

Upon explaining the issue to the restaurant’s manager, Luis, he immediately addressed the situation with professionalism and genuine concern. Luis ensured that the mistake was fully resolved and made sure to take care of us, completely transforming a point of disappointment into a major positive.

The seamless service recovery left us entirely satisfied and made me a happy customer. We left deeply impressed by the managerial oversight and commitment to excellence. I am sincerely looking forward to visiting Sparrow + Wolf when I make a return trip to Las Vegas.

On a recent trip to Vegas, my companion and I elected Sparrow and Wolf for our one dining “splurge.” It was overall a great experience. Highlights – some of the best oysters I have ever had, fantastic service, nice music, lively considering our early dinner time. The only critical feedback is some of the portions were exceptionally small which is expected for fine dining but, for example, the foie dish that I was most excited for gave us about 1.5 bites each and I did not really get the full flavor (although my companion did and loved it). The ribeye was excellent but came with a very small amount of potatoes and onions. The couple of bites I got with the potatoes and onions were delicious, but then most of the steak was eaten plain. It was also very crowded, we were about 6 inches away from the people next to us so not much space for any kind of private conversation. Overall a great experience.

One of my absolute FAVORITE restaurants on planet earth. I’m a big foodie and this place doesn’t disappoint. My husband and I come to Vegas once a year for work and we always go out of our way to eat dinner here one night. I’ve never tried anything I didn’t love. Do yourself a favor and make reservations here. You’ll be so happy you did.

An interesting restaurant with a well-executed concept.

The food is flavorful and very well prepared, with thoughtfully crafted dishes and great presentation. The atmosphere is beautiful and pleasant, making it a good choice for both a relaxed dinner and a special occasion. Another positive point is the easy parking, which is always a plus in Las Vegas.

A great option for those looking for good food off the Strip.

Food is superb and very tasty. Unfortunately the service leaves much to be desired. At times it felt like our server forgot about us and hadn’t checked in on us for long periods of time.

And the food took forever to come out. We waited almost two hours from the time we put in our order before we had our entree served to us. Even appetizers like bread took almost 30 minutes. A man stopped by (I believe the manager) and apologized for how long the food was taking and offered us free glasses of wine to pair which was a nice gesture.

Overall I really enjoyed the food. I might come back with friends sometime, but it wouldn’t be my first choice just because of the very slow service. I would’ve given this 3 stars but the wine and apology from the manager makes me bump it up to 4.
