Wow! Just, wow! We sit down at a lot of restaurants, but I believe this is the first time that I was so overcome with smell before the bite. Every item was abundant with a delicious smell and the taste of each individual item is just as impeccable! I will give a side note – we eat at a lot of authentic Mexican restaurants and this was leaned towards being more Americanized. In a good way! The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star was our bill subtotal, which surpassed what my husband and I anticipated + we had a 45 minute wait time for our food. But goodness, the food was worth it!

The people are very nice and the setting is classic Mexican restaurant. The food just wasn’t quite what we expected.
Taco Tuesday is worth it, $2/taco for basic meat options – beef, chicken, pork. My daughter and I got basic tacos.
The more ‘fancy’ tacos are not that great for the $4-$6 per taco price. My wife got the tuna, filet, and brisket (I took a bite of each). She was so hungry and excited about good tacos (we love Mexican food). They all seemed overcooked and on the salty side. The filet one was the best of the three followed by the tuna. They weren’t terrible, just not great. The brisket one was very no bueno
The chips and salsa were about what you’d expect from a good Mexican restaurant.
Like I said the people were really nice.
I failed to say no sour cream because most places don’t put it on basic tacos. They kindly remade them for me anyway.

I went with my husband because I saw some incredible photos, I went to read the opinions and for me they were enough to go try the food in this place, but the opinions really fell short, the food is really excellent, the service my husband He came out delighted, next time I will come to eat at the place without taking my food, my husband said it is the first time that you do not have to use salt or anything else for food, the incredible flavor just needed to be eaten, excellent here I will return and It is a place that I will recommend to everyone.

Best tacos EVER!! Staff is awesome. Affordable and close to home. Will visit here regularly, feels like family when we’re here. Fresh, hot, delicious and made to order. If you’re passing through, stop by; you will not be disappointed. Only gave 5 stars because 10 wasn’t an option. Glad to have Sparky’s!!!!
