We intend to sell you well seasoned smoked meat, flavorful sides and sauces. We Sell Sandwiches, Loaded Nachos, along with BBQ plates. Come and enjoy some great southern food. Sparks Has to be amongst the best barbecue I’ve ever had. From the Brisket, to the Chicken, to the pulled pork, and nachos and more. We love it! And I gotta say too there’s just something about that slaw! The food court area is a pretty nice atmosphere to sit and listen to music and play some cornhole while you’re there! We are repeats customers!

I had some of Kendericks delicious BBQ for Labor Day, the chicken, ribs and chicken sandwich were all so good. Juicy, flavorable, and made with love. Kenderick was so sweet and helpful when helping me pick what I wanted to order. He was running out of ribs quickly that day and I was lucky enough to get some. Can’t wait to have some more of his BBQ soon.

As someone from Texas who grew up eating brisket, their brisket sandwich is DELICIOUS and loaded with that juicy, smokey, beefy flavor! The mustard slaw is really good, even tho I eat it as a side, since we Texans don’t put slaw on our bbq .
