DELICIOUS! We waited about 20-30 minutes for a table, because the place was packed. We viewed this as a good sign! Service was fast and everybody was nice, helpful, and attentive. We all ordered breakfast and coffee. They even brought us a whole pot of coffee to share at our table. Would recommend this place, it was a fabulous breakfast/brunch place!

Cute spot. 1st time eating here – there was a waiting list with people overflowing onto the sidewalk but regardless we were still seated in a reasonable amount of time. The table was clean and we were offered drinks right away. The menu was interesting – just the way it was bind together in the booklet made it difficult to open and read but still doable! I loved the variations of coffees however the pricing is well above average for a coffee (much higher than Starbucks who is already over priced). There’s no kids menu which is always dissapointing at a restaurant- takes away from the family friendly ambiance. We both ordered two different types of Benedicts. They come with hash browns and since I dont eat hash browns I asked to sub with a biscuit and gravy or with bacon but neither of those were an option. I subbed with a side of fruit which is my last choice but nonetheless it was a large side of fruit so I was satisfied. Overall quite expensive for a family of three (two adults and a baby) – We paid $90. This is probably due to the lack of kids menu options and having to order an entire meal and separately priced drink for our baby. Overall this restaurant sits in the middle for me. Not bad, not great!

Don’t let the appearance and location of this hole in the wall fool you~ you’ll be surprised! Whenever we’re up in Reno, this gem is one of our favorites to go to and have breakfast/brunch at.

I started with a Tropical Mimosa then ordered the Chilaquiles con Carne Asada. The meat was so tender and everything was really tasty, big portions too, couldn’t even finish everything. Definitely will return next time I’m in town.

I really wanted to love this place. As a long-time Sparks local, I was excited to finally check it out after hearing so many raving reviews. I brought my mom and my 7-month-old son for what I hoped would be a cozy breakfast outing.
We started off with a lovely chai tea while waiting for our steak omelet — and yes, the portions are generous (credit where it’s due). Unfortunately, that’s where the good part ends.
Let’s talk about the atmosphere. There’s nothing welcoming about being nickel-and-dimed at 8 a.m. over a $4 “plate-split fee” and a $2 “extra plate charge.” I’ve been to five-star restaurants that treat their guests with more warmth and flexibility — ironic, since our waiter was quick to compare the two. My mom, nearing 60, simply didn’t want leftovers. Instead of understanding, the staff made us feel like we didn’t belong there at all.
And honestly, how humiliating is it for a mother to feed her baby off a napkin because the restaurant insists on charging for a plate? That’s not policy — that’s pettiness.
$20 steak omelet without salsa, that was offensive!
The food? It was fine. Not great, not terrible — though canned mushrooms on a $30 breakfast tab don’t exactly scream “hometown gem.” I was ready to give them another try, but when the service leaves you feeling small and unwelcome, no amount of seasoning can fix that.

Great breakfast place. It’s busy, but that how you know it’s good. My wife and I have eaten here a few times now and the food is always really good. It can be a little bit noisy, due to the fact that it so busy. The staff has always been super friendly, and the service is quick. I highly recommend.

My favorite breakfast spot in all of Reno! I love the breakfast burrito because it is massive and full of flavor. The burrito comes with potatoes and beans as well but it’s so big I just order the burrito. Mocha latte was awesome. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

What a wonderful experience. I hadn’t been in a long time and we decided to try breakfast this morning. I had the ham steak and eggs and the eggs were cooked perfectly. The ham was nice and juicy and generous. I have to say the hash browns were an other worldly experience. The best I’ve ever had. And it was accompanied by a lovely piece of sourdough toast. My sister got the Florentine omelette, which is turkey and tomato and spinach and a beautiful puffy omelette topped with hollandaise sauce. She had a nice bowl of fruit for her side. We both ate plenty and still had leftovers to take home. We definitely recommend trying it.
