We were in Manhattan to catch the KSU basketball game and stopped in Spark’s for lunch. We are glad we did! My wife and I had a burger. Myvwife had the plain cheeseburger and I had the Snyder’s Stacker. Never had a burger with a hot dog on it before and it was delicious. We also split some fried pickles that were also very good. Service was excellent as well. Cool little restaraunt that serves up some excellent burgers!

This was a very unique Burger Spot. Definitely well liked by the locals. People just kept coming in and getting their orders to go. All the Beef is locally sourced, which for me is awesome. I got the Double No Cheese within Egg as an add on. The temperature the Burger was cooked to was slightly more than my preference. The Egg was cooked a little too much as well. The flavor was good though. The Dipper Fries were really good. I will try this place again and hopefully I can bump up that score.

Oh my gosh, I have nothing but good things to say about Sparks. From locally sourced ingredients, and an awesome vibe.. I went with my mom today after doing echocardiograms on a few of my cats, and we were absolutely blown away by their food and friendliness. It’s soooooo homey in there and Genevieve was as sweet as ever!!! We are definitely going here from here on out when we visit, which is pretty regular. I can’t express enough how amazing their food is! We talked about it pretty much the whole way home which is a two hour drive. LOL. When we pulled into my mom’s town she said “You wanna just go back now and get Sparks for dinner?” It’s THAT good! Highly recommend!

This place is so great! I got the double no cheese ad bacon. It was great, and the sweet potato waffle fries was great too. Siracha honey ketchup was fire.

We ordered 2 cheeseburger meals and a double cheeseburger meal and a double no cheese meal. It was so good and fresh! The employees are very friendly and nice.

This restaurant is super good! Im currently in my Senior year at K-State and happened to see this place on Google Maps and thank goodness I did. The food was great, the owner was super friendly and kind, and overall felt like a great local place to eat at. Also food was so good I only realized after I ate half of it to take a picture – definitely give this place a try!

Tried out this place today and it did not disappoint. The burgers were delicious and flavorful. The sweet potato fries were so yummy. Was told their ingredients were locally sourced. The customer service was amazing ! Food was brought out fast too. I had the s’mores milkshake and it was so good. And the atmosphere was cute. They even offer military discount which is very nice. I’ll definitely be returning. No complaints just raves. Highly recommend!

Tried a new spot in Manhattan, KS, “Spark’s” – local sourced food. I had the Green Season Cheeseburger, featuring green chili peppers, with sweet potato crinkle fries, was very tasty, beef was juicy and flavorful. My son had the Spark’s Bacon Cheeseburger and potato dippers. The burger was really good and tasted great with the bacon, lettuce and Spark’s housemade sauce. To top it off, we also endulged in homestyle milkshakes, cookies and cream was the bomb. Great job, Spark’s!

I’ve been going here since before they switched locations. My favorite food item is the veggie burger. (Add an egg to this.) The pickle chips and onion straws are delicious. Sparks sauce is better than Caine’s sauce. The milkshakes are to die for! The owner always greets us and is incredibly sweet!

This was a nice burger spot to try out and I wouldn’t mind coming back to it. Probably the second best fast food burger joint according to myself. The burger is hot, the shake was malting, and the service was quick with a smile. I ordered to go but from what I can tell, the restaurant itself is spacious and clean, parking is decent but not super big. It’s in a less crowded area, but people should come make there way down and give it a shot. If you’re a Target shopper, this place isn’t too far from it, try it!
