My sister treated us to dinner at Sparkling Waters in Bemidji for my birthday last week, and it was a wonderful experience! The food was spot on, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The drinks were just as impressive!

Some of the best food we have had in Bemidji. Everything tasted fresh. The Prime wrapped asparagus is a must try. We did the Thursday “Date Night” special, and while it was a great deal, the portions were a little small. Some bread and butter would have been nice too. But this great restaurant is definitely worth a visit. We will definitely be back for special occasions!

We had Megan as our waitress last evening with a group of about 20 people. She did such a great job of keeping up with drink refills and everything else. The food was great and the service was even better. We will be back next year when we have our snowmobile club trip. Hopefully Megan will be our waitress again.

Really enjoyed eating here. The lettuce wraps were fun – beef instead of chicken wrapped in a large lettuce leaf with rice. The walleye was delicious – buttery & savory. Perfect portion – didn’t feel stuffed but was satisfied. Good wine options. View of lake is beautiful.

AWESOME! we came looking for a place to eat with dogs – Sparkling Waters advertised a Puppy Patio. Were we surprised!! Owner Reva met us and said we could go upstairs to the lake overlook patio. It overlooks Lake Bemidji and it’s all to ourselves!!! And that’s before we eat!!!!
Food was awesome. Walleye and shrimp Alfredo.

The waitress was friendly with a shining personality (never got her name, but very petite), the prime rib and salmon were cooked perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to enjoy an evening out!

What a great find! Our local friends sort of poo-pooed the place, but beside the slow service (missing help that day) the food was EXCELLENT. The fish was firm and tasty, red meat well seasoned, and salad fresh. Our server was an absolute doll and made it fun to be there. I’d go back in a heart beat but 567 miles is a long way to drive! Hit that place if you are ever in town to see Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox, the restaurant is right across the street!

Got the perch chips and they were terrific. Bread pudding for dessert was very tasty. A little too much on the”spice” side, I like mine pretty bland. But the sauce that was on it was the bomb. Good service too.
