Owners are always friendly and super helpful! Food is delicious! Their cheesesteaks are good and their bread is always A1. Don’t forget to customize the sandwich how you like! You can sit in and eat quickly but it is more for take out. 10/10

Stop there on my to Hard Rock Atlantic City because of hearing about great food. Chesse steak was good but I tasted better. Got 2 Italians subs and each hoagie they put one little piece of lettuce on each . That’s not way you make Italian sub.

I found this place by accident, our resort recommended some other places, but the lack luster reviews turned me off. I found this place and based on reviews decided it was worth a try. Was I right, this is one of the best cheese steaks I’ve ever had. I’ve added them to my favorites and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!

While in AC, I googled “sandwiches near me” and quite a few showed up. Spanky’s was the highest reviewed at 4.8/5 stars, so I went. All I can say is wow!!! Turkey club they make it with honey mustard which I have never had, but wow it was just perfect. Great people and the owner was so nice! “Delicioso!”

Wow! What a deli to find! Spanky makes the roast beef himself, and it is delicious, juicy and tender. They are so kind and treat you like family right away. The prices are good and they have a lot of options for subs.
Keep this gem in Atlantic City going during this time and stop here for a nice lunch 🙂

And everything was great!! We were sad they were closed the day we left, we were looking forward to eating their subs on the road, but we will be back this summer to enjoy a sub!

Incredibly warm and friendly experience with great subs and Atlantic City cheesesteaks (made with provolone instead of Cheez Whiz). Small table in the sun to eat-in or take it to-go. Stewart’s sodas available and wide selection of Herr’s chips. Clearly a well-loved spot for many regulars as we were quickly welcomed as visitors! Closed Sat-Mon but we will definitely plan our next trip when they are open. Thank you!

I grew up in Atlantic City and went by Spanky’s so many times and never went in. I didn’t know until years later when I finally went into Spanky’s that they had the best subs in this area. Spanky and Carmin are great and so are the subs. Try the cheese steaks. Enjoy.

What’s there not to like. If you are in the area or working near definitely stop by. Amazing fresh sandwiches with fresh bread every time.. Breakfast sandwiches are filling, you get 3 eggs! Spanky always hooks it up. Two amazing people!
