Um, interesting. Looks like you asked AI to create a ’50s burger diner and then plopped it down in Kansas (Spangles is strictly a KS joint, sorry other fly-over states). Menu is mostly breakfast sandwiches in the am (although a select few are available all day) and burgers in the pm. Food is decent if that is what you are in the mood for and prices are fair (especially the American meal, which includes a sandwich, fries, drink, and a mini Mudslide sundae, for $8). Impeccable service and a fun, but odd vibe. The Clark Griswolds of the world will definitely want to make a road trip pitstop!

The meals are affordable and generally fast. Burgers are better than the national chains. I do like there fries and you can choose seasonings for them. As long as the fries are fresh and hot they are some of my favorite fries in Salina. Generally, it is clean you will always find something on the floor but you will find that with a lot of fast food restaurants.

Wow…fast-ish food AND alcohol. Food was all fried and all good. Huge portions. The staff was super friendly. We didn’t order alcoholic drinks, but it was cool that it was available. I had the sourdough grilled turkey sandwich, and it was delish. The fries were well seasoned. Nice Elvis theme, and the bathrooms were super clean, too! Great job, Spangles of Salina!

Had Spangles for the first time ever today and I will say it is great food! The French fries are amazing. They have a great selection of American favorites such as burgers and chicken. Great selection of desserts. 50’s music theme with great 50’s classics playing. Clean and well kept. Very friendly staff

Whoa! We are just driving through Kansas and got hungry. This looked like a country- type burger place like a DQ in Texas. I was so wrong! I had the Parmesan & Garlic burger and it was amazing! I literally licked the wrapper. It has so much bacon! The fries are cooked perfectly, nice and crunchy but soft on the inside. The cocktails to go were pretty good- very sweet. I do recommend the extra shot.
