Every time I’m in town I have to stop by, love the food here and the atmosphere, with all the decor and set up that you can not find around anymore. The prices are great for the amount and quality of food you get. Very clean and friendly staff.

Went with my buddy while waiting nearby for Amazon. Prices and food are both reasonable and delicious. Older style diner, movie and sitcom memorabilia from many decades line the walls. Food came out really fast. Could not find a single thing wrong. Burger came out well cooked and delicious, didn’t taste fatty or greasy. I got the sourdough, and unlike most places, this place actually toasted the sourdough properly, so it made the burger that much more delicious. Ordered the mini donuts, and those were actually fresh and delicious, coated with brown sugar/sugar/cinnamon mixture, served with a side of icing. All of it, delicious. Fries, warm and crispy, with a nice rigid feel. The large sodas are basically a 2L of soda, so it’s got that classic bucket drink feel. Very polite people behind the counter, and I’ve noticed that they do assume you’re done ordering after a meal, but just be polite to them, and they return it in kind. Definitely will come back again if in the area!

My first time at Spangles. We stopped after a friend told us about the ice cream. Great people at the counter, they were pleasant even though they were busy. We received our mud slides quickly and headed out. Hope I have a chance to stop by again while I’m in the Wichita area.

I’ve been living in Park City for about five years, and I’ve had recurring issues with the manager and their child for the past couple of years.
The first incident occurred when the store manager’s child was being rude. I reported it to one of the assistant managers or team leads. Later, I reported that the team lead and the managers child had tampered with my drink, which wasn’t the first time I had done so. Unfortunately, that lead is no longer working there, which I believe is unfair because they both were involved in the incident and they both should have been let go.
Fast forward to 2025. Yesterday, I decided to go for breakfast. Sometimes, the manager, their child, are there, and sometimes they aren’t. When I reached the window, the new cashier made a mistake in my order. I didn’t mind because I figured she was new so I just let her know exactly what I wanted and then paid for it. There was no argument or anything.
Before my food arrived, the manager, their child, and the cashier all went to the back of the store. Then, they all came back up with my food. This was unusual because they usually slide the food down the little warmer when it’s ready. However, they all went to the back together, which raised my suspicions. Before I left, I let my dog smell the food, but he didn’t want to eat it.
I didn’t say anything because there was no point. So, I ended up going to the one on Rock Rd in K 96. The staff there was much nicer. They were all happy and friendly when I arrived. They were especially sweet to my dog and asked several Times if he wanted a pup cup. When I got my order, I let him smell the food. He acted as he normally does with food and wanted to eat it.
I’ve been going through this for a long time, and I felt like it was time to say something. I’m not rude to the staff, even when they mess up my food. I still thank them and say please, but I don’t get the same courtesy in return. I wonder how many other people are going through the same thing with them.

Overall a good experience. I have been to Spangles several times and it has always been good. The burgers are amazing and the fries are usually good. They go all out on decorating the restaurant. There are more pictures on the wall than I’ve seen on any other walls of restaurants. They do keep it fairly clean. The bathrooms are a bit dirty sometimes. Good food, atmosphere and place.

We had a great experience here. My burger was outstanding. The staff was friendly and helpful (this was our first time to Spangles) and the ambiance was fun and surprising, especially given it’s a fast food place. I will comment that my wife wasn’t quite as happy with her Buffalo chicken wrap, finding it rather messy, but I don’t suspect many people come here for chicken. While we didn’t partake in the ice-cream or alcoholic beverages offered they were certainly inviting and the price seemed reasonable.

Ordered the #10 Western burger as a medium. Not impressed with the burger at all. The cheese was not melted at all, the patty is really thin and I didn’t even get one onion ring, but pieces of one. I upgraded the meal to the ” medium”, but it doesn’t really seem different from a small.

Went to the location in Park City and it was the dirtiest and the food was disgusting. I love Spangles and actually used to work at the location on West Street in Wichita and loved it. So this actually makes me sad and super disappointed to write this bad review. The stuff on the receipt was from the lady who took our order. She was pretty much completely running the front by herself. There were other people just walking around going from the kitchen to the little office room in the front and were socializing rather than working. Also, I was charged the same even though I requested no bread. The mushroom sauce was congealed and look warm. There was pineapple in the banana shake as well. Honestly, the fries were the only good part of our whole meal.

First time visiting a Spangles while driving through Kansas on my way home from a work trip. The sourdough mushroom and Swiss burger is a must-order and the seasoning options for the fries was a nice touch. The ranch seasoning was delicious and the fries were hot ‘n crispy. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Kansas!!
