Was given a mudslide that has freezer burnt m&ms and was obviously in the freezer. The “general manager” had said it was made fresh but my 2 year old had to wait for them to thaw. Then we went to eat our fries and 3 different things were disgusting. Mine had a pool of grease and were half cooked with no salt. The others were soggy and half cooked with an ungodly amount of salt. When I called to see what we can do I let 3 different people know the situation and finally Cassandra said I can either drive all the way back to replace the fries which I couldn’t do that minute. Then she kept saying well it was made fresh.. yes but they were not cooked all the way through and swimming in grease. When she finally said they can refund the fries I said that’s fine. Now I have to make a trip back to take food I couldn’t even eat to get $10 out of $40 back. My sons chickens were ice cold and the whole meal was just gross. Not worth $40 and you couldn’t pay me enough to go back with the disgusting customer service. I was told “let me finish talking” by the general manager after I had finally interjected after he had said “it was made fresh” for the 5th time.

A few months ago, the manager allowed me to set up my daughter party here. I was so thrilled she absolutely loves spangles. He made the experience one I will never forget. She had everyone singing Happy Birthday. We got to take fun pictures with her and her friends. It was perfect, especially when I was a single parent doing all this on a small budget. I didn’t think things could be any better, then the manager brought her guest each coupon for free ice cream the next time they come to eat. Oh, then he made my daughter an honorary birthday girl employee giving her a name badge and taking pictures with some of the staff. Spangles and all of the staff were amazing…. thank you so much for making her day shine so bright!!

So surprised the food was actually amazing. It was hot & fresh and the salt and vinegar french fries were top notch. I’ve eaten at a couple of spangles over the years and this location takes the cake. The staff was respectful and polite and the food was on point.and the store was very clean.
