Staying at the rodeway Inn, we decided to try spangles for breakfast. Ordered the ultimate bagel with ham, cheese and egg ~sourdough bread instead of bagel. And a value meal burger. Super tasty and fresh!

Very cool place with great service and options for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Prices are very reasonable. The jalapeno bacon cheese burger was too salty for us, but bacon and jalapenos tend that way. Fries and margaritas were good!

My large fry fit into my daughter’s small good thing because I could only eat 2 fries it was like someone forgot to put the lid on and the whole jar is seasoning dumped out. EVERYTHING was over seasoned. I ordered the garlic parm Burger took 2 bites couldn’t eat anymore, I thought maybe it was just mine my wipe couldn’t eat her fries salt lick would be less salty. All buns were soaked thru with butter. If it would have been dine in I would have gotten a refund. Also older shorter male employee was flirty with a customer. Been to other spangles and will go back to others this one not so much. I’ll Attach a photo of “large” WAY over seasoned fries. This is right out of the bag. My wife’s burger was more like a salad.

They were extremely busy when we came in and they were all so kind. We ordered our food and they helped Grandma with a better order and helped us with our order and when I said I share my ice cream with my son who is teething he gave us a small sauce cup of plain ice cream when they brought our food. They were very kind and accommodating and we will definitely be coming again

We were passing thru Emporia, and decided to give this place a shot. What a pleasant surprise. We got the American meal deals with a classic burger, fries, drink and a mudslide for $8. That’s a heck of a deal! Everything was really good, really fresh. The fries were awesome! Great food, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. Can’t ask for much more than that. Just wish they had some of these in Kansas City (hint, hint). Definitely gonna be swinging by here anytime I’m in the neighborhood.

They have a 7.99 offer where you get a hamburger fries, a drink, and ice cream. That’s my favorite deal. They even have cocktails. I might try one next time friendly service good food, very clean place. I recommend it.

With a crew of only 3 employees and 2 bus loads of people coming in we still had a great experience picking up food through the drive thru. The employee that waited on us was friendly & professional. The food was fresh & hot. Thank you for making the best of a difficult situation!

We were on a road trip and stopped at Spangles as we were passing through Emporia. We had never heard of it before and were very pleasantly surprised with our experience there. We really enjoyed the retro theme of everything in the restaurant and overall it was clean and inviting. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was very good but I did rate it at 4 stars simply because the portion sizes were a little smaller than one might expect. With that said, they were still adequate. Will not hesitate to stop here again if passing through Emporia again.

Excellent burger at a great price. Love the atmosphere and even offer cocktails with add a shot for 99 cents more. Highly recommend and will go out of my way to visit when traveling in the Midwest.
