I brought my dog with me to pick up take out in the drive thru. Short wait for food and the window attendant saw my dog and asked if I would like a pup cup. I didn’t even know that they had those. He handed me the cup and it was adorable. My dog loved her treat so it is definitely a win.

What a treat! So many details to give this place an authentic ’50s diner ambiance, from music to floors, booths and tables. The menu is extensive, to include Angus burgers, chicken, onion rings, fries with optional seasonings, many ice cream-based treats, even salads and a few cocktails. The service was friendly, our food came very quickly, and it was quite delicious! It was spic-and-span clean, too! According to the staff, this is a Kansas-only chain. Very glad we gave it a try!

Spangles is one of the best fast food restaurants I’ve been to. The burgers are so juicy, and savory, and packed with protein and just the right amount of calories, and as if it couldn’t get any better, the burgers are also fresh. I love the mudslides that they make, especially the strawberry ones. The reason I think the ice cream here is so amazing is because it’s amazing, sweet, cold, refreshing, and so flavorful, which just makes it so wonderful. As for the fries, they’re nice and thin and crispy and warm and have just the right amount of salt, which makes them very savory and delicious. The atmosphere is so nice and almost liminal. It’s pretty peaceful and there’s always the nice sound of people talking, dishes moving, footsteps, and food being made. Overall, very nostalgic and it feels like a blast to the past.

So I get a $13 burger combo then they want to charge me for ranch. There are 4 people in here eating at 5:30 on a Saturday evening. I look over at sonic and they’re mostly full. They don’t charge for ranch. Maybe I’ll start going there.

Just passing through and we had to try this joint out. The decor and the oldies music is awesome! A fun little place! You can add a seasoning flavor to your fries when you order them, what a groovy idea/addition! The staff was very friendly and the store was clean. My burger was good and my girls’ shakes/smoothies were great too! Wish we had one of these back home. Keep up the good work!

You can tell they work as a team. Food is fast delicious and fresh. The person serving was new and was courteous and did a great job! Tables were clean. Tea was good.
