Worst steak I ever had. I did not complain at restaurant as I was with a group and did not want our dinner to be negative. The smell of the steak when it was set down in front of me was horrendous. The outside of it was burnt terribly. I had ordered a mw. You can cook a steak mw on a grill without destroying it. I hv done it many times even as a cook in a restaurant . I tried to quietly complain through their website so they could look to improve but the email on their site did not work and the messaging I assume did not work either as I received no reply. They do have good sauce there. My friends like the place but I have never been too impressed. The servers are friendly.

The waiter was horrible, didnt seem to care. Wasn’t busy and took over 20 mins to get a loaf of bread. The amount of grease on the chicken parm was insane, the chicken Salerno wasn’t grilled it was boiled.

Went in for a Friday night dinner. The service was outstanding, very courteous, friendly staff. Our waitress explained our dishes to us.
The food plates were delicious.
Ordered the Marsala Veal plate, Stuffed shrimp with spaghetti and the steak plate.
We plan on returning soon. Since we were intrigued by the surf n turf burger, but only during lunch hours….. Stay tuned

9 of us got together to reconnect as a family. I called only a couple of hours ahead, and they were able to accommodate all of us. Toby, our server, was so helpful: answered questions, accommodated requests, and kept on top of things with our large party. She was kind, helpful, and had a good sense of humor. The food was excellent, two of us had the special. We will definitely be back!

The Spaghetti Factory has Amazing Riggies with whole tomatoes. The service was excellent and the beach is soo sooo sooo close. Night life, carnivals, coffee shops, pancake house, bars and casino are all super super close, walking distance. The Spaghetti Factory is a staple of Sylvan Beach and a MUST when in town. Please visit and enjoy a well crafted dessert before you leave. You’ll love every bit of your experience!!
