Wow, just wow and yes….we don’t get out much
We tried this new pasta spot in Williston and it’s a gem. You can really taste the difference with the local ingredients—everything was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully done. Prices are super fair for the quality, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming.
Love seeing a local place doing it right. We’ll definitely be back! Its great, this is right next to my office @polliproperties

If you understand the concept of this restaurant you will not be disappointed. It is not fancy. It is a true Italian diner, meant to be straightforward and expected. We loved it. I had a perfectly thinly fried eggplant parm sandwich with fresh mozzarella on delish bread and my daughter had a $6 meatball and spaghetti. The sauce is EXACTLY what real Italian red sauce should be. This is not Toscano. We ate well, fast and affordably and will be back! The desserts looked fun too. The space and music is fun!

Good garlic bread and panini sandwich.Chicken parm dish was not bad, good sauce but chicken was overdone (really dark). Did not see lasagna on the menu. They only serve wine, beer and hard cider. No cocktails.

Solid addition to the Williston food scene. Nice having another reasonably priced Italian spot in chittenden county.

Food was delicious! Simple ingredients, nothing fancy, but done really well. Staff was so friendly and we were in and out in an hour! Perfect spot for a quick bite when you need a pasta fix. I hope they expand their menu to include lasagna and gnocchi at some point…no complaints. Great experience!

Three of us went. We liked the fresh mozzarella cheese sticks – sauce was chucky. Didn’t bother me too much -almost like Mariana salsa- using a fork/cut and bite size scoop a sauce out would help u enjoy that better.
.. entrees were good little smaller than I expected- —right amount not too big! Not too much – Simple. Not over sauced, right flavor. eggplant parm. I liked how they used good mozzarella not the block or pre shredded. Chicken broccoli Alfredo (Pasta was al”tente That’s how I like it. Not mush like other places). Last, we had, Farris wheel Zappos – that was fun. My kids really enjoyed that.. good music. My waiter guy was nice and very attentive kept checking for refills, taking finished plates away quickly, Casual We would come back. I want to try the cannolis! Has anyone yet?

I am not sure if they changed or the other reviewers ate at the wrong restaurant. Our first time there was last night. The meal was great, the service was great. Overall a 5 star rating. We will be going back.

Delightful! I was excited to visit and Spaghet didn’t disappoint! I had the chicken parm sandwhich. The bread was spot on and the chicken was perfectly done. The side sauce was a nice touch. My eating companions were subpar, but the food great and the service better!
I’ll be back!

So excited to try this but we won’t be back. We ordered chicken parm, chicken Alfredo, chicken vodka and kid’s chicken fingers. Everything was dry and bland. Half the pasta had no sauce at all. Pasta didn’t taste fresh and there wasn’t even enough huge wilted basil leaves.

I had dinner here opening night and it was amazing! I am Italian and my family owns Italian restaurants, so I’m fortunate to know Italian food. We had the Caesar salad, antipasto salad, pasta genovese, chicken parm, eggplant ricotta parm, and the Zeppole Ferris wheel. Everything was absolutely delicious, we loved the fresh burrata and pesto with the pasta genovese. We all agreed that the eggplant and chicken parm was a 10, and we loved the salads! We thought the price was very reasonable and the atmosphere and service was great. We can’t wait to try different paninis and other dishes here!
