This place never disappoints. It’s a small shop with big personality in a lovely area. I usually come for the pineapple whip but I also enjoy the water ice. My husband usually gets some kind of Sundae which he hasn’t found one he doesn’t like yet. My only desire would be for better parking for in and out to-go orders but there is a parking lot for the whole area around the corner if you can’t find street parking.

We liked this place for the vibe & the server was so pleasant & eager to help each customer.

We agreed my blueberry water ice tasted fake, like HFCS or whatever. My partner’s milkshake was legit yummy though. 50/50 chance you’ll get something good!

Prices are a bit steep. I guess we can stand to go twice a season without breaking the bank.

First time stopping by and had a great visit! Hubby and I got banana chip with fruity pebbles on a sugar cone (me) and 1 scoop of black raspberry and 1 scoop of blueberry on a waffle cone (hubby). We really enjoyed our ice creams and the girls behind the counter were super nice! It was a nice vibe with plenty of seating (in the back area) as well as stools at their counter. It was an overall nice break from the heat with a yummy treat..very clean! Will definitely be back soon!

popped in for a bit to check out the place and it was so cute! service was quick and everyone there was so nice even though they had an insane day:) i had a cookie dough sundae with extra cherries and i was able to change the chocolate syrup to hot fudge which made it even more delicious! my boyfriend had a green monster sundae and that was fabulous as well! loved the cookies! it was a 10/10 experience just remember they’re a small business and to be patient! i love the disco ball!!!

Very up and coming ice cream place in the heart of Historic Bristol. I had the pineapple twist which is much like the Dole whip of Disney, looking at the selections in the ice cream freezer there are classics as well as original flavours, one caught my eye will definitely be keeping an eye out for it, it’s the lavender it was almost out when i got my Pineapple whip. Enjoy!!

This place is so good. Not only is the ice cream delicious but the customer service is somehow even better. My brother and I came in to a packed house and only Amanda was working and she was on point! Getting orders done as quickly as she possibly could with a smile on her face. She went above and beyond.

This was our second time visiting, and unfortunately we left feeling the same way as the first. We didn’t really feel welcome. The woman at the counter (the same person as last time) seemed overwhelmed even though there were barely any customers, and she came across as annoyed, like she didn’t really want to deal with us. The place itself was clean, but the aesthetic felt a little disorganized and didn’t have a clear vibe. The prices also felt high for what we received. Nothing we ordered really stood out, and honestly it was so underwhelming that I couldn’t even tell you what anyone in our party got because it was just very forgettable. It’s not a terrible place, but for the cost we expected a much better overall experience, or at least to feel like they wanted our business. Maybe a new staff would help.

Came in but not for ice cream. They opened an Italian restaurant, they have a little of everything on their menu for everyone the restaurant is in the back of the ice cream shop, Definitely come and try the food. You will have to wait on the ice cream line to order for the restaurant, so bring your patience. Overall the food is very good. I will be back again.

I came here for their extensive sundae menu. It was a Friday evening and there was only one girl working the counter. I did feel bad for her since she seemed overwhelmed and stressed, constantly sighing. I ordered the Dusty Road sundae and by the time I left, I noticed I was missing caramel and the malt powder. So, it was just soft serve vanilla with hot fudge, whipped cream and a cherry. It was a bit disappointing as that’s not what I ordered. But considering that there was a line behind me and my ice cream was melting, I wasn’t going to go back in. I think I’ll stick to gelato next time.

Stopped in on Friday night. It was busy but the young lady working was amazing. She was all smiles and not a bit overwhelmed by the crowd. The ice cream was delicious and the games on every table kept the kids entertained, and off their phones. Highly recommend!!
