Staff are friendly. Lots of tables to dine at to include the rest of the food court. The fountain drink machine is near one of the front doors. The parking lot is small and tight so I wouldn’t bring a huge truck in here. The gate automatically lets you in, but you can pay on your way out and they don’t validate here.
The steak??? PERFECTLY cooked. PERFECTLY seasoned. Adding A1 sauce or anything else would be straight-up disrespectful. The chef who cooked that steak knows exactly what the hell they’re doing and I trust them with my future.
AND THE FRIES.
OMG. THE FRIES.
Crispy. Golden. Just the right amount of salt. Not too much, not too little. The Goldilocks of fries. I would 100% go back just for the fries.. but let’s be real, I’d “accidentally” order the steak again too.
10/10. Highly. HIGHLY. Recommended.
Come hungry. Come respectful. Don’t insult the steak.
The second time we got Bangus Silog and it was good but the bangus was a bit small/wasn’t marinated. Overall it scratched the itch but $16 was a bit steep on what you get for the dish. I would’ve liked some tomato with this dish instead of atchara. The lumpia is good and I love the sauce that comes with it. I’m really glad this is here at Post! It does feel like Filipino food is starting to get more recognized.
It would be nice to see pancit on the menu! A side dish like this would go really well with the ulam.
The vegan tofu skin dish is absolutely delicious and you must try. It comes with a side of Jasmine rice and pickled cabbage. The flavor of the tofu skin is kind of like a tangy barbecue. It really is just a perfect combination of flavors and I will absolutely be back.
Also, I have to pay for parking here which I think is an added cost.
