I got the spicy teryaki chicken. I dont know how to describe it, but the chicken didn’t have any bite to it, like it’s very soft, not in a tender way. Rice seemed like it was cooked too long because it all stuck together and had the texture of ice cream, but warm obviously. Like a mash potato look. Their salad dressing is very good, but I wish the salad came in a separate container if its to go. The lettuce gets warm and wilted. They need to do something to the inside to make it a little more comfortable or add a TV. Has cafeteria vibes like they’re waiting to fold the tables up to mop.

The food is great, so many different options. Different add-on and sauce options, dine-in and pick-up is quick and easy, the service is nice and even the janitor smiles at people. I tip every time I have enough too, even if you don’t tip they sometimes throw in extra sauces or meat pieces if they have enough.

I’m going to give this visit an overall two stars. I love the restaurant for its spicy sauce but today the chicken was all over the map. It went from almost undercooked full of fat up to black and charred pieces of tough unable to eat. Was not even hot, and had to give up halfway after picking through the only edible pieces. The employees were nice and the service was fast, but I’d rather wait another 10 minutes to get a fresh dish of chicken

Been here several times and it is always hot, fresh, and delicious. They take great pride in their work and it shows! I get the teriyaki chicken with fried rice and don’t forget the teriyaki sauce if you get it to go!!! Staff is always friendly and they have a clean bathroom for customers. Will definitely be back again 🙂

Got the Spare Rib and Salmon Teriyaki. The ribs were under cooked. There is clear pink in them. Chewy. Not good quality at all. The salmon issue, is that you could taste that it had sat out for a long time in the temperature danger zone. It has gone bad. It had been frozen and maybe sat out to thaw too long on the counter thus giving the salmon a bad taste. It tastes old and I consumed 2 bites. My husband ate 2 of the spare ribs. That was enough to conclude that the food was not good. I then called the restaurant back to communicate my issue. The owner claimed to get the salmon fresh from Costco. But it definitely has been frozen before, if that is the case. There is a difference in the taste when this happens. I called the restaurant to ask for my money back. She refused to refund me for food even though I told her I will not be eating it due to the fact the food was not edible. I said I could bring all the food back and then could I get a refund. She said no. The owner claimed that she made no mistake and that is how their food is always prepared. She said, she had not received any complaints before so she could not understand how the food that she cooked could have an sort of issue. She said this was not a valid complaint so not a valid reason for a refund. This way of thinking is egotistical, unprofessional, as well as flawed. I, the customer, told you my food was terrible. That in it self should be an issue. My husband is a chef and has cooked spare ribs many times as well as salmon. I understand the working of these items as well. She asked if I had eaten these items prior in my life before. The answer is yes. As a food service worker married to a chef, yes I do understand. I understand that if that is the case then their food is just not good. Which is fine. What is not fine is the hanging up on customers as an owner because you feel you made no mistake and refuse to give me my money back for food I threw straight in the trash. You hang up instead of making this situation right. That is not acceptable. She is completely lacking in customer service skills. 1 star for food quality and atrocious ownership.

Best chicken and beef teriyaki in town. Also great service and I’ll be trying the iced thai tea on my next visit. I love the rice and salad dressing also. Big plates and you can’t stop eating it’s so good. Highly recommended to all. Take my word you, won’t be disappointed.

I used to eat here once per week every week and got to know the front counter girl really well. She is no longer there and since then my order is always wrong.
Today I came in and placed my order of 2 meals. She handed me my food and when I got to my vehicle to check my order because it’s always wrong.
It’s in fact the wrong order. She gave me much more food than I had ordered.
So I went back in and told her it’s the wrong order. She apologized and was nice, she gave me my correct food.
But the returned food that I opened and looked at — she just retied the plastic bag and left it on the shelf to be given to the correct person.
I work in food service; based on this error — I will never return to this location. There is no reason that food should have gone back on the to go order food rack for the guest to pick up. I didn’t touch the food, but who knows what could have happened.
Nope – never again.
