What an amazing experience of wonderful culinary talent and mixologist. The menu for food and drinks change with seasons from what they say, and the drinks in the food items were really amazing. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable on the drinks and the food. That helped us to decide what to drink and eat and they had a really good sense of what we wanted. Came into Sovereign on a Saturday night with 3 buddies. Got Sat right away and waitress was over quickly to take our drink order. Vibe is nice but a bit dark for a guys night. Would be a great place for a date night. We all had the Burger and it was amazing. Everything you look for in a good burger. Cheesy, good char and the special sauce and grilled onions take it over the top. Bourbon menu is substantial and was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

I’ve never eaten something here I didn’t like. Love the seasonal options and the rotating menu. You can tell they source the highest quality ingredients and take care in preparation of the food. I love their haute takes on things you wouldn’t expect – fancy meatloaf? I promise, it’s the best! Atmosphere is wonderful, I cannot rave enough about this place and tell everyone I know they have to try it. You’ll be hooked!

When Sovereign moved from across the street, I was a bit hesitant, but we do like the new space. The only reason I’m giving four stars for the atmosphere is that Sovereign does have three flat screen tv’s, and I believe this takes away from the cutting edge, eclectic, elevated alternive atmosphere. My wife and I understand, though, likely for the reasoning of having these televisions to appeal to others and for specific contextual reasons. We love the well appointed alternative music playing. As we are about to depart we’re listening to the Pet Shop Boys. Awesome. When we got here, it was the Cure.

Definitely has amazing food. We went there for the 1st time and they had the Cinco de Mayo special menu. Didn’t disappoint one bit! Super flavorful food and the portions were really good. We have the pork shank and the meat just fell off the bone! So delicious! We also had the skirt steak with chile relleno and that was really good as well. Super tender and delicious. Definitely will go back to try their other menu items. Reasonable prices as well, not expensive at all. We took our kids and they even had a kids menu with chicken tenders, Mac & cheese, grilled cheese and other stuff. Staff was super nice and friendly to us. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

Our party of 6 walked in at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and were sat right away. The wait staff worked smoothly together. The food was scrumptious, especially The Wiccan Chicken and the Paradise by the Dashboard Light. Really enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. Will definitely return.

If I had to choose one restaurant for my final meal, it would be this one. It is by far my favorite restaurant of all time. The vibes are immaculate, the menu is always on point, the cocktails are plentiful and always mixed perfectly.
I love that the menu changes by season and the different pop-up events are always themed out creating unique food and drink options! Cannot recommend this place enough.
