I ordered my food to go, and it was ready by the time I got there. Everything was hot, freshly made, and delicious. I got the chicken souvlaki with grilled veggies, and it came with a small Greek salad. The portions are generous, and you definitely get your money’s worth.
The lamb gyro was also really good—tender, well-seasoned, and stuffed with meat. They definitely don’t skimp. The staff was super friendly, service was quick, and pickup was easy. Definitely worth the trip.
Tender chicken kebab, delicious salad dressing with real olive (not some lame oil and vinegar).
Lunch menu is a great offering that gives you options for multiple flavors to sample. Recommended.
We were the only ones there as well so not sure what the reason for the disconnect was. We were charged for the missing item.
Edited: 8-27-18. I am lowering my review for this place. Time after time, when ordering they will place the meat and French Fries in the same tin. This causes the french fries to get very soggy. We asked for the french fried to be place in their own tin, they stated they will charge 50 cents per extra tin used. When you start nickle and dimed your long term repeat customers, that shows you don’t care.
Also add in, when trying to ask a simple logical question, if we were to eat there and ask for tins for leftover would they still charge the 50 cents. Instead person on the phone, whom did not know the answer and kept asking someone else in the background , refused to place owner and or manager on the phone to explain this policy. Very poor customer service. Very much a shame, place could be great.
P.S. I added photos of the containers they charged 50 cents for to store the French Fries.
So the place no longer looks as it does in the pictures. The staff was awkward while ordering, the combo platter is one choice and chicken, no changing that, but not a red flag so much. The lamb tasted as if its been out all day and just put on a flat top to be heated up it honestly didn’t smell appetizing at all it smelt more like old feta than lamb. The chicken was dry, and didn’t really taste seasoned it was almost like eating slouvake chicken out of the freezer section just with grill chars on it. The rice tasted like cardboard and the salad litteraly came with cubes of wet feta, now I may be used to eating from other places but I’ve never just straight up had cubes of feta before, it was really awkward.
I keep coming back because I have yet to get something that wasn’t tasty. They’ve also got some of the best curly fries I’ve had in a long time. I will continue to come back at least once a eeek until I’ve conquered their menu.
P.s.- curly fries are better than every other fry. And they make some damn good fries
