Most pleasant surprise! I’ve had the lamb/beef gyros platter with spicy feta fries also came with greek salad. Their feta is not too salty and creamy. Huge portion. The salad was freshly cut, every ingredient was crunchy. Dressing was excellent. The meat was juicy, thick tzatziki.
Great experience overall, extra props for the music!
Looking forward to coming back and trying other items, like the pork souvlaki.

Visiting the beaches of Florida and came across this gem on a hungry stomach while getting caught by the rain. My oh my! The customer service soon walking through the doors was so welcoming. The cashier was so patient and gave a brief overview of the food. The salmon and gyro meat were so tender and flavorful! I love my home Chicago, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a gyro that tasty before. The feta cheese with olive oil on the fries was a game changer. We were served at the table which was also a genuine gesture we won’t forget. All around, amazing staff and great food. Definitely stop by and give them try if you’re near by!

Souvlaki Fast, a Greek takeout spot is a gem in Boynton Beach. The food is always fresh and delicious. The portions are plentiful! Rhonda is friendly and helpful manager. Vernon is in the kitchen area- such a happy person. Emily is a very good counter person/server. Highly recommend. Best Greek food—-as good or better than full service, high end Greek restaurants!

As a dog owner, it’s great to have a place like this to be able to swing into. The prices are about as fair as you will find in the area. The gyros pita is fantastic and the spicy fries are done well. Again, for price point you won’t get better! Great location as well to walk your dog.

People are so used to eating garbage. They REALLY don’t know what good quality food is these days. Good reviews in South Florida are inaccurate. They come from individuals that have never experienced top quality food in South Florida. Now everything is about the bottom line and quality and freshness went out the window. I was born and RAISED in South Florida. I KNOW what GREAT IS!. My boyfriend and I usually go to Chris Taverna for a chicken gyro wrap. Or the chicken and gyro wrap and a side salad. You have a choice of a side preference. We decided to try something different. It was closer.
I am always telling him to explore new places and when we do, it’s nothing more than disappointment. He looked up the place. We walked in and the place was empty. As soon as we walked in the grill was all of a sudden going. It was full of food when we walked in, but no one there. I thought okay, maybe to go orders.
In the front displayed they had what all Greek places have is the the chicken and gyro meat on the round display ready to be carved. We ordered the same thing we get at Chris Taverna. It was just under $7 less. We see two cooks grilling chicken with the grill filled with other food. Again thinking, okay this is going to be good. Our new place. We are thinking… WOW! ALMOST $7 LESS and have lots of chicken cooking just like Chris Taverna. Only difference was we ordered the wrap and added a large Greek salad. It was separate and not included. We got it to go. We get home and open the to go box. It looked pretty big. We always get two vingers, two extra tzatziki sauces, and ask for extra feta on our side salads, and extra Greek dressing which are HUGE! They don’t charge for extra at Chris Taverna. We also get one Dolmadakia for each meal. Souvlaki charges $.50 per extra side container of dressing and extra for feta. BARELY any feta, the wrap had barely any tzatziki sauce. The olives were like what you get at Subway drained with ZERO flavor. They add EXTRA green peppers which I HATE, and there are more diced commercially packaged tomatoes like Chipotle or Taco Bell than lettuce. The lettuce you see is from the large salad split in the back of the picture. Hardly ANY FETA. The feta is a cheap version and has ZERO taste as well. The pita was dry for both wraps. The small pieces of pita that came with the salad didn’t come with tzatziki sauce. They were kid meal size. The quantity was four. The chicken was premade and recooked and diced up. It was basically a vegetarian salad. The chicken was sparse and dry. It’s cooked on a flat grill. Not a real grill. We will NEVER eat there again. The portions are much bigger at Chris Taverna. It’s cooked fresh on a real grill. The chicken or gyro is a HUGE portion. The flavor is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Freshness is there! SOUVLAKI FAST is just that. Fast Food/Basement food. I am 5’7″ and weigh 124lbs after a big meal. I finished feeling hungry, unsatisfied, and disappointed. If we weren’t so hungry and didn’t take it home… we would have asked for a refund. NEVER AGAIN! I ended up with acid reflux. I NEVER get that! Gross! I’d rather eat Taco Bell.Anyone who says this is good food hasn’t experienced what the actually means. I am used to the BEST! I eat out a lot. This is drive thru food. The moral of the review, you get what you pay for, and good reviews don’t mean that people know what they are talking about. Pay attention to the negative reviews and make your own decision. Don’t support a business that rips you off!

I’m a regular here—I get delivery 2 to 3 times a week, and Souvlaki Fast never misses! My absolute favorites are the 50/50 Platter (the beef/lamb and chicken combo is perfection) and the Chicken Souvlaki Platter with those delicious, tender chicken chunks.

My wife and I both ordered gyro combos. She got a side of sweet potato fries and I ordered the greek salad. Everything tasted great, I would definitely come back here if I’m ever craving Greek food. The sweet potato fries were probably the best I’ve had in years. There was a friendly lady at the register who helped us order, she helped make sure we were ordering what we wanted. She also brought our order to our table so we didn’t have to get back up from our seats. Was very happy we stopped here for dinner.

I recently moved nearby and finally tried this place out, I wish I tried it sooner! This is my second time in less than a week, and this time my husband was convinced to try something as well. The chicken gyro pita is so good, I just had to get it both times. I didn’t think it could get any better than the first, but this time it was even more stuffed and just as delicious. My husband got a cheeseburger and really enjoyed it too!
