I love Southway Pizzeria & Deli.
They make the best Pizza in the area.
However, after my experience Sunday after church, I’m afraid their quality, and service levels have slipped.
The Meatball Sandwich was cold, lacked sufficient sauce and the roll was soggy. The Chicken wrap was also lacking. The large Salad had almost no chicken on it.
The Pizza’s we ordered were, as usual, excellent but came well after all the other food.
BE FOREWARNED. WILL COME BACK, AND HOPEFULLY THIS ONE TIME WAS A “GLITCH.”

Went on a Monday night. Ordered the Bengal Pie and the All You Can Eat salad bar. Started with the salad bar. It has a good selection of toppings. Everything on the bar could stand to be colder. It’s located right by the only entrance/exit to the dining area. A server came by to take my plate but looked at me questionably when I asked for another. Are you supposed to use the same plate over and over? I have no idea. Nobody said, and there’s no signage. Pizza came out after 35 minutes. Tempted to send back for some more oven time. Cup and crisp pepperoni were just warm, not crisp. Oddly, when you order take-out, pizza is usually ready in 20 minutes.

We like the crunch on the garlic pizza we ordered. The mango habanero chicken wings are good too. The baked alfredo pasta could be better with a tad of creaminess and more bacon (couldn’t go wrong with more bacon, right?)

Super friendly staff and good pizza! Even though the dinning room isn’t full you may have to wait awhile for your order as they seem to do a lot of takeout orders. We were able to get a table easily on a Friday night, but had to wait 45+ minutes for our pizza.

The service was great, everyone was very nice and polite. The restaurant was clean and the booths were big, I an a big girl and sometimes booths are very uncomfortable, this one was very cozy. The had sports on TV for my husband. The pizza was amazing!! We loved everything about it! The mustard sauce and Luinguci was so awesome and the veggies were fresh! They did not skimp on toppings and the crust was nice and crispy! We got their special 2 large 2 toppings for $19.99. Definitely the best $19.99 we have spent! We definitely recommend and will be back!

Limited dining establishments, unfortunately! The cost of salad bar was… RIDICULOUS! $8 FOR A ONE TRIP on a small 6″ plate, $15 for all you can eat. There were signs that advertised weekly specials with microscopic exclusion of salad bar. Expect to spend more than you should have to for pizza, salad, sandwiches, drinks and sides.
