Good food, but customer service is horrible- this place is more concerned about making a dollar than taking care of their customers. Won’t go into every little detail of each bad experience but latest was when they got my order wrong and I had to drive 30 minutes back to get it replaced. No apology and no comp or anything to make it right. This is bad customer service in my opinion. As much as I love the food, I will never step foot back in this place again.

So good! Their prices are very fair and portions are pretty large. I’m not a huge hot dog fan but I’ll eat them occasionally and I enjoy their frito chili pie. Never been inside only used the drive thru but service is friendly and pretty quick.

We eat here once every couple of weeks and it’s great every time! They have an option to buy a meal for someone in need which I think is a really awesome gesture. Russ is always so friendly!

It has been three years since I left the 3 star review below about it being hit or miss, and I would like to say that they have turned it around. My last 5-10 times stopping here has been very consistent tasting food, great service and fairly quick.

It is really hit or miss here. I’ve had great food in just a couple minutes and I’ve had okay food that took 25 minutes to make .
Friendliness is about the same, sometimes it’s great and sometimes the employees look like they are in pain by being there.
I would definitely go more if consistency was a little better.

Small place, clean, great menu options, and delicious Coneys.
I seriously recommend visiting here, especially if you’re a student at TCC. Southside Coneys is close by campus and cheap!
They have deals for the instructors who work at TCC, too!

Love the deals and the dogs! Hate that the tea is taken down at 4pm! Love when the girl is working she is very pleasant and nice! The guy that works there isn’t as nice as the girl but he gets the job done.
