Such a lovely find. My family happened on this place on out holiday vacation, and I can tell you it was such a find! The staff (Tina and Casey) were so welcoming and friendly. The owner gave us wonderful recommendations and history of their businesses. Then the food and drinks! Just wow! So delicious and comforting. We look forward to visiting again when we are in the area!

Killer food and fun tap house vibes. The poutine is the best you can find outside of Canada and the appetizer platter has a great charcuterie mix with a spicy dip that has so much going for it. Will definitely stop by next time on the way through.

I’ve been waiting to get back in after the conversation… The place was packed a welcome surprise. Know this, there is additional seating, quieter and out of the main brewery space to the left past the bathrooms, as well as outside.

We ordered 3 apps and two dinners.

Nubs… Honey mustard is a a honey forward mustard backed goodness.. probably the best I’ve ever had. Beer cheese dipping is good but the hm steals that show.

French onion dip. Just give it to me by the bucket. A generous portion of dip was given and ridged chips. Good but add a pinch of salt and it really wakes up, and I don’t like salt.

Curds were square just like I’d recently had our West in Montana… My dip had a full clove of garlic, spicy but insanely not spicy..I can’t put my finger on what’s going on there. I’d order again but I’m still backing those pretzel nubs.

Smash burger. First it’s a real smash burger, but I’m pretty sure I said ‘wow ‘on first bite not sure because I descend into heaven on this one. I’m writing this review 2 days later and I’m wanting this knowing nothing is going to satisfy until I go back.

Chicken salad club got the thumbs up from my wife and daughter. Best restaurant chicken salad, ever I was told.. Crushes the J Mike’s version…

Beers are awesome. I need more time to try them all… But yeah definitely my new favorite local brew and food…. And more food options are coming. I posted an empty plate because that’s all we left.

We stopped here in Feb 2026 as a desperation move to avoid having to eat at a family member’s home in the area. As luck would befall us it was a Friday in Lent to boot so we were boxed into that fish eating corner.
This venue is “self seating” so we found a spot near the back so the two year old hellion that was traveling with us could ruin the least number of patron’s meals while we were there. Incredibly they had a toy box and kid area, so clearly they have seen this type of issue before, and initiated countermeasures to assist in these situations. The toys were clean and the little guy had a great time in that play area.
We used the QR Code to check the menu out. I am not a software engineer so thankfully it was simple enough I managed to figure it out. We ordered 6 fish dishes with different types of sides for each and a plethora of drinks.
I was skeptical at first since the exterior doesn’t give off Jean George NYC Steak House Vibes. I love being open minded because this “bar food” was incredible for “bar food”. I would rather smash sawdust into an eye infection than eat fish but the salmon I ordered made me happy it was lent. It was great and so were the sides. The green beans, waffle fries, and chips were awesome. The kids burger was great and so were the drinks.
The only spotty thing was the initial service. We had no idea what to do when we got there and no one assisted. After we got going the drink and food service was great and ALL the people there were incredibly hospitable and friendly.
Since it was lent I passed on desert but if their sugar offerings are half as good as the entrees then you can’t miss with those either.
Thank you for a pleasant evening and from saving me from my sister’s cooking. The Tuna

Just what Wilmington needs! The atmosphere is open and inviting. Jen’s selection and food quality doesn’t disappoint! (No surprise to anyone!) We had the wings, the smash burger and the beef & cheddar (what some of you may know as “The Huntsman”) all of which we heartily recommend. Alex’s brews will suit just about any beer drinker’s tastes.

Brewers board was great. Honestly was the first time in many years that an appetizer was actually enjoyable. The Fish and chips was the best I’ve had.flaky and juicy. Was like a fresh catch with a better batter then youd make by the lake. Glad we tried it out. Very refreshing over the same local food for the last 10 years. Now to not overly go maybe difficult.

The staff are attentive a d friendly. The rotisserie chicken had a delicious seasoning on its crisp skin. The carrots and peas were cooked to a perfect texture. Sweet potato puffs could easily pass for dessert with their slightly sweet taste but I ate them with the savory sauce instead so I could try the praline pecan cheesecake. Great choice! We really enjoyed the flavors of pumpkin, caramel and pecan. As for the drinks – husband really enjoyed the Dead Fall’s flavor while I preferred the crisp Tin Cap Cider. You really want to check this place out!!

We stumbled upon this place while in town for the nearby Ren Faire. When I tell you this is some of the BEST food I’ve ever eaten, I’m not kidding! Also, as someone who grew up in northern Michigan, the vibe of this place is like your cool friend’s basement if their parents were also chefs. I felt like I was home! We will be back, no question!

The food is outstanding! We have dined here twice and each time made me smile. By far the best meal you will have in Wilmington.

The only negative is the online ordering. It’s clumsy and does not work well. It actually caused me a fair amount of frustration that detracted from our first meal. Our second meal, we ordered at the bar and that is what we will do moving forward.

Alex, the bartender, was very knowledgeable about the beverages (As he should be!). I had the Korean barbecue chicken sandwich special, It was very well done. I’m excited to see what new options and seasonal specials they have to come.
