I got the turkey sandwich and banana nut muffin. Both were huge! Look at how much protein I got in the sandwich. Service was lightning quick, food was good, maybe a little salty, but otherwise filling and familiar tastes. It is an airport shop so pretty pricy – $17 for this sandwich . The muffin was good – lots of nuts, not as much of a banana flavor – more sugar/cinnamon, but it was pretty big! Also if you want to eat – there’s a seating area near the shop as well!

Breakfast burrito was $19 after tax was added. Took 4-5 minutes to warm up. Definitely a bit small and overpriced, but that’s how most food in this terminal is. Was pretty greasy and messy near the end. Mushy textures inside, and would be better with crunchy potatoes or veggies. The chorizo was flavorful and everything else kinda bland. Avocado was mashed and I didn’t notice the flavor much. They have Cholula hot sauce packets. Was overall okay, but would try something else next time.

This is near gate 26-30 at the Oakland airport. It’s a cute little coffee/cafe. Couldn’t tell how the food was because I only got Chai coffee and the chai was standard. There was nothing special about it. I was surprised at the size of the coffee though. She didn’t ask me the size but it looked like a medium sized cup. Thats pretty good for the price I paid. I think it was $5.75.
There are options for food though if you wanted food. Service was ok. Lady was nice enough. She was by herself but she was pretty quick.

We were surprised by the quality of the burrito. It was one of the best we had the whole trip. Southies burrito with chorizo is good. We also got a matcha latte and a cafe au lait that we both enjoyed.

I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and after ordering on the self ordering station they said we are leaving for lunch. I said I just ordered and they said just come back in 45 minutes. How can you let people order and not say anything until after and not give them their food. I hope someone enjoyed my 6 dollar bagel and cream cheese

Maximized for profit: croissant likely made with a butter alternative given the taste and how dry it was; avocado toast is very bare bone and again the lemon was replaced with some alternative. Coffee is okay. But even the heat sleeve is single ply instead of the usually double ply, another way to max gains. Bottom line, way over priced. And given the bare service I’m guessing they don’t use those profits to pay their employees sufficiently.

Pastries not very presentable. Customer service awful. Ordered peppermint tea W/ honey. No peppermint, No honey. Clerk made me feel like I was inconveniencing her when I ask for a refund and had to ask for a receipt. Don’t come to work if you have a bad attitude especially in the airport!!!

This place charges an extra 5% for employee benefits. The prices are already high enough for what you get. I don’t think as customers we should pay extra for employee benefits. It’s part of a business expense that the business pays not customers who are already getting price gouged.

WORST customer service from Marta, after my order for 2 coffees and a bagel for $20 she gave us watered down undrinkable coffee. She then told us only “light roast” was available, when she should have told us beforehand. I then asked her for a Latte instead, and apparently this was just too much for her to handle.
They asked for tips starting at 30% when you order then you find out that they don’t even put cream cheese on your bagel, they give you a plastic knife and a little bitty thing of cream cheese.
Just go somewhere else….
