Just one mile from the Danville Landing Dock off the Tennessee River is Southernaire River Resort. We are a family owned and operated restaurant & motel serving up some great American dishes. Our steaks are second to none and our catfish dinner speaks for itself! Friday & Saturday nights are Prime Rib night, and it’s some of the best around! Breakfast is served on Saturday & Sunday mornings, and you can’t beat one of our loaded omelets! We hope you’ll join us soon!

Had the prime rib and blacked salmon for our Valentines special dinner and the food perfectly cook along with sides to complement the meal. Staff greeted us immediately even without reservations and accommodated handicap very well. Definitely would recommend a stop if you are in the area.

Awesome salad bar, the sweet tea is on point. We have been hitting this spot since we moved here 4 years ago. They have Prime Rib on the weekends & it is absolutely delicious. One of our favorite restaurants in the area! If you haven’t been give it a try you won’t be disappointed!!

Don’t let the exterior fool you. This is a hidden gem. Prime rib? Delicious. Ribeye? Banger. Chicken Alfredo? Incredible. The sweet tea? Perfection. They even have good ranch. Literally never a miss. Get that home cooked taste with the service to match, except you ain’t gotta do the dishes after.

Stopped by mid week for an early dinner. Catfish and Okra were outstanding. Chicken Parm was good. Atmosphere was open and airy. Will go back!

I’ve been eating here a really long time! My favorite are the cheeseburgers or the French dip!! Both are great, along with every other menu option. They have a wide variety to please the picky eaters. They have a large enough area to host a birthday party for I assume up to 25- 30 people. (Make sure to call ahead they do get busy but will do a reservation.) They are also just about 1.4 miles away from a Kentucky Lake boat dock. Also, at the boat dock there are bathrooms, camping areas (tent and camper) and a small park. Very family friendly area! Great place to stop off for a meal after being on the boat all day or stop on you’re way by to get food and drinks to go with you. They do have room for a full size truck and pontoon in the parking area. Pictured is a cheese burger with everything on it, delicious!

Great old roadside restaurant with delicious, southern comfort food at a good price. Family atmosphere. We take the Danville ferry across the lake to get there. The Sunday buffet is awesome.

Only $50 a night per room, and the rooms are pretty clean. They are outdated, felt like walking into 1987 when we first opened the door to the hotel. Dark brown carpeting, no internet or wifi, older style tv, wall mounted ac unit that struggled to keep the room at 70 degrees. Compared to the very few other options on airbnb or run down motels in erin, felt this was the best bang for your buck. Stayed here for 3 nights. The restaurant though was a greasy spoon, buffet I wouldn’t recommend, club sandwhich was good, but it was $16 with fries and a drink, ouch. 3 out of 5 stars overall for both motel and restaurant together.
