BEST HOMEMADE BBQ!!!
Wow, that was some good southern food. I loved the chicken and nashville hot beef. Mac was to die for. Owner is the nicest guy you’ll meet. GET THE NACHOS ~ homemade tortilla chips.

Bruno, the owner, explained the whole menu to us in detail, and even told us exactly how he cooks it when we asked. Amazingly delicious BBQ, made by people that truly care about how it tastes. Hidden gem, a must eat in this area!

Went for the first time today and already know we’ll be going back again. Totally awesome. Had a rack of ribs, some brisket, Mac and cheese, and beans. Loved it all! Beans had meat and a little kick, almost a child:-)

Being from “Down South” I am Happy to say with the 1st bite….IT’S REAL!!! Down south food travelled an hour just to try it…was so happy we did❤️ Our meal was $37 and well worth it! Food in the pic fed both my husband and I, with left overs. Excellent Food!

Amazing food! Come for great comfort food and for southern twists on traditional favorites. Probably the only place in Washington to get many of the items they offer in the styles they use. We’ve also used them for catering for work parties, lots of food for a great price. awesome variety of soda’s from around the country. They’re always adding new menu items.

Really enjoyed my food here today. Veteran owned, the owner and staff are great people and explained the menu thoroughly. More importantly, the owner really cares about his food. A couple of the menu items I had never had before and was given samples I liked so much I ended up buying both meats and taking a third sandwich to go for later. I also appreciated the great selection of glass bottle soft drinks which go great with some good BBQ. I am not from around here but visit family in Washington a few times a year and was surprised this place has been here for four years and I never knew of it. It is SO MUCH BETTER than that other place down the road and I will be making this one of my first stops for food every time I visit from now on.

We stopped by just to check out the menu and, after a sampling, stayed for lunch. Bruno was great at explaining how the meats were seasoned and prepared! Everything was phenomenal… so tender, so juicy, so flavorful! The sides were delicious as well and they had a great selection of some lesser known but great tasting sodas to accompany the meal. Keep those pork rinds hot as well, we can’t wait to go back!!

My family & I went to Southern Yanks Smokehouse today and we were very impressed with not only the food but the service! Bruno was awesome! He came out, greeted us and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! He is very passionate about his work. The food was absolutely delicious. Very tasty & flavorful. We will definitely be back and plan to bring our extended family so they can try it!

Can’t say enough good things about this wonderful restaurant, with a kind, passionate owner who does truly excellent BBQ. It was our first time in, so we were given a “tour of the menu,” consisting of bites of a few of their specialties. I came in planning on pork, but the beef was so good that I had to get that too. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and delicious.
Strongly recommend!
My only regret is that it’s far from the Washington I live in!
