Feels like an authentic Indian restaurant- from the service to the food. We lunched there as a family (adults opted for the buffet) whilst the kids had a chocolate masala dosa and chicken masala dosa. The buffett was great except for the fact that naans used to run out quickly 🙂

We ate here tonight and loved it! Even though it is a non-vegan restaurant they have a dedicated vegan menu which I appreciate so much!! The food was delicious. The vegan onion masala dosa was amazing as were the two other items we ordered (pakora and chana masala). The prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be going back!

Absolutely loved Souther spice! Every dish was packed with rich, authentic flavors, and the portions were generous. The staff was kind and made us feel right at home. One of the best Indian food experiences I’ve had—will definitely be coming back!

We went for the buffet, and the employees were nice. The Dosa is included in the buffet menu (unlimited – yes, you heard that right… unlimited). The food was excellent and tasted great, and there’s good parking. They also speak Tamil, my language. They have options for both veg and non-veg, which is great since a few of my friends are vegetarian.

We got the mysore masala dosa, chicken hakka noodles and the green chili chicken. Everything tasted as it should! I was utterly surprised by their noodles which had that burnt garlic flavor and was so so good. I have never had this good noodles in US so far! I am looking forward to trying their indo- chinese food.

We went for the Thursday night dosa buffet and absolutely loved it! We enjoyed pretty much all the dishes, and the freshly made dosas—prepared to our choice—were very tasty. The flavors were truly authentic South Indian, and we enjoyed every bit of it. Definitely a 5-star experience!
If the owner is reading this, I do have one small suggestion. Before closing, I noticed that all the leftover food from the buffet was thrown away. It was honestly painful to see such delicious food go to waste. Instead of trashing it, maybe consider offering it to the last customers to take home or giving it to people who need it. Food is precious—please don’t let it go to waste. Just a humble suggestion.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back again soon!

If you are in the mood of having South Indian food, this place won’t disappoint you. I would say it’s a must try even if you feel like having Indian. Really humble staff and they customise the spice level according to your taste which is always good. The buffet was pretty good, we personally loved the Dosa and Briyani.

Amazing food! First time that I had onion samosas. It was amazing! The paneer tikka masala was fire. The cauliflower Manchurian crispy. And the naan fluffy and soft. And quantity was way too much. The chef was really friendly and answered all our questions about the history of the dishes we ordered. Extremely knowledgeable.

Great Indian food. Was not sure what to expect coming here but expectations were blown out of the water food wise.
Service is on the slower side but worth it.
Cheese naan and palak paneer are my go to options! But they have many great options. Be careful if you cannot take spicy stuff though! My sister likes the good a lot but her stomach is always upset the day after because she has low spice tolerance! Our water bill always goes up whenever we go!

Food is good here. My friend who is from India took me here & ordered for us. As an Asian girl who only gets to eat buttered chicken & curries, this food is authentic. It’s not straight from India authentic, but for the southbay in Lawndale it’s pretty good!!! We had sambar vada, chicken masala dosa, chapati, and channa masala. I will come back for their Thursday night dosa buffets for $19!!!
