Best Lobster Roll I have ever had anywhere! This is one of my favorite foods, so I try it everywhere I go, and this is hands down the best! So much lobster and so much flavor. I’m hooked. Just take my $35 as soon as I walk through the gate. You can have it! I’m so happy I found this place! The fries had a good flavor, but I would not get them again. They had the texture of cold fries but were hot. Thats the best way I can describe them. My husband got the Seafood Nachos and was happy with his order, the portion is huge, easily sharable, but didn’t feel like there was enough seafood to justify the $32 cost.

Southern Seafood Creations catered our Christmas Company Party and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The shrimp was seasoned well. Seafood boil was sooo good! 2 gentleman working the event 12/13 were very friendly and professional. Never a long wait for our platters. FIVE STARS all the way. I have been wanting to try this food truck out for awhile now, but I never get a chance to stop by the 1604 food truck park, but let me tell YOU. It was worth my wait! Kuddos and continued success !!

I ordered the fried fish and shrimp and it was delicious! Well seasoned and not greasy. Honestly, one of the best I’ve had in a while. It came with fries, however I did not like them. They didn’t have much flavor.
The ambience was cool though and so was the service. My food came out pretty quickly and they had good music playing while I waited.

This is place By far is the best Cajun Food in the San Antonio Area. Everything on the menu is a hit. This place is a must try. I come here every single time I’m in the San Antonio area. My favs are the Lobster Roll, seafood boils and, the seafood Mac and Cheese. 10 out of 10, You wont be disappointed.

Speechless!!! This seafood boil was so good! The right amount of heat, spice, flavor, and love all in one big bowl. The shrimp were ginormous, the potato’s were full of flavor, the sausage and corn were ‘chefs kiss’!!! The butter to dip was so good with all the spices mixed in with it, I could drink it!

Love the food, huge portions, and always friendly service. This is a must when visiting 1604 Cantina. Tried the shrimp boil with fries—easily my top pick. Undeniable facts! The entire menu is outstanding. If you crave excellent cajun seafood, this place will turn you into a regular.

If what you see is what you get was a place!!…. Yall Southern Seafood Creations is sooo so good. The pictures that are posted online is exactly how you get your food when you’re there and the taste is even better! The owners really have something special with this one. Oh and the Sriracha sauce with crawfish grilled cheese…OMG The service was amazing and our order came out fast! There’s also a few games you can play as you wait as well as music to vibe to.

It’s very rare that I walk away from a dining experience and think about the food days or months later. After our first bite, my husband and I looked at each other to see if the other was experiencing the same thing… surely both of us weren’t eating “this good”! Everything was seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly, and the sauce that came with it should be homemade SOLD OUT because it is soooo delicious! We poured it on everything! This food truck is a must visit and should truly be a brick and mortar!
