We absolutely love Southern Roost. The food is fresh ,chicken always seasoned and juicy, and the croissant are amazing. Service is quick and employees are polite and have great customer service… which is rare these days. Restaurant is nice and clean. We can’t wait for the new location in Yulee to open.

I got my wife and I two 4 piece meals. The chicken and the fries were dry and cold. We dont usually have this problem but I paid alot for this food and expected somthing better. It’s a 5 minute drive from here to my home. No way that dries out the chicken and ruins the fries

First time here and the chicken was very good but the real reason that inspired my review is to rave about Vicky! Every business would be blessed to have a Vicky. She served us our food and checked on us a couple of times (not too much, just the perfect amount.) amazingly kind and caring woman. Food was good, atmosphere was good, guy at the cash register was friendly but Vicky is the MVP. Thanks for taking care of us!

Stopped in for a late breakfast. It is a hybrid part fast food part eat in. Order at counter took some of the enjoyment away. Food was well cooked and tasty .

This was our first experience with Southern roost. The girl in the drive-through was very nice and understanding and answered all the questions that I had. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich in the buffalo chicken macaroni cheese bowl. Both were very good and they were hot when I arrived home approximately 15 minutes later. I didn’t go inside so I can’t say anything about the seating. The drive-through was fast and friendly.

I dined in at Southern Roost today (3/21) for the very first time! The service was exceptional! I think it’s really neat they add a buttery soft croissant with every meal! And their lemonade, I can tell it’s freshly squeezed! Will be returning!

I go every morning to this establishment. I buy the same thing. You would think they would learn my order. No eggs….but yet they always seem to put eggs in my grits..Then I have to take it back inside to get my correct order..It slows me down with proceeding to work…The younger people in there have the least cares in the world about customer/ fast food service….Just as lost as one can be. The older lady wasn’t there this morning but she is very attentive and a great asset to the restaurant. Holly, is as well. But she no longer works there. Anyway, as I was eating my food halfway threw; I felt something course in my mouth. It was a piece of short gray hair. I was disgusted. I threw the food away. No longer supporting establishment…..

First time going. I’ll give it one more try because the flavor was there, but everything else lacked. I don’t have money to go out, so when I can I want and expect a good meal.
There was a bottom bun, but was paper flat and when I said paper I don’t mean cardboard thin, NO No paper thin is what I meant, so I removed the thin layer and trashed it. I had to eat it upside-down so I could hold it like a damn bagel. I don’t even know why I bother with fast food. I’m disappointed every single time. ♀️
