Corn nuggets yum. They didn’t have medium rare prime rib, ribeye was just okay. That all said I will go back and try something different because the service was good. PS I wouldn’t order the mushrooms again, they were not fresh they were canned.

The sauces are tasty. The hot bbq sauce is not included with the others on the table. You had to ask for it (Not to sure why?) Good amount of food. Nice lookin salad bar.

Only rate the food one star because i have to leave something. Took my Dad here for his birthday dinner and spent $140 for 6 people to eat . No one enjoyed much of anything other than my dog enjoyed mine and my husbands brisket that looked like lunch meat. None of the sauces are good. Server didn’t deserve the tip i left but still left her 20$ didnt refill drinks! didnt wonder why food was hardly touched? why we didnt want more boxes for all food we had left?

Stopped here on a work trip as we left a customer’s house and were passing by with an appetite. Seating was not very comfortable but the food was decent. It landed (for me) somewhere between a Sonny’s Barbecue but with the vibe of Ruby Tuesdays with the salad bar option. I chose the sliced beef brisket company plate which came with one protein choice, a large side, garlic bread (or corn bread), and coleslaw. Google, of course, only allows me to rate out of 5 stars but on a 10 star scale I would give it a 7 out of 10. Room for improvement would be in simple areas such as… the meat could’ve been hotter and seemed a bit on the lukewarm side, the salad bar was a cool touch (you don’t see these anymore). The cinnamon butter doesn’t spread and needs to be softened before handing out. Lastly, and the most important: for a southern restaurant, I’ll point out that the tea was very well made, as well. Very typical southern tea.

I think this is one of the best “full service” BBQ restaurants in the state! In addition to excellent and consistently produced meats their side items are diverse and delicious. The big salad bar and free soft serve ice cream cones makes for a well rounded overall experience. We always try to eat here when visiting Ocala!

This place is amazing, the food comes out fresh and fast, the kitchen staff are very nice guys & I even spoke to them afterwards, the waitress was unbelievable, place is extremely clean, food was amazing and everybody that was with us loved it plus everybody ordered something different the au jus on the prime rib sandwich was unbelievable!! Can wait to come back again guys!!

Best Prime Rib in Ocala! Love love love that homemade choices at the salad bar! We ate 2 lbs of ribs too. Outstanding! Its always nice to get your own soft serve ice cream at the end for dessert great on top of the bread pudding! Always a good choice no matter what day.

I can’t believe we waited so long to try this place—our only regret is not coming sooner! My husband kept saying it’s way better than Oakwood and Sonny’s.
One of the coolest features? A free self-serve ice cream station! My husband made a beeline for it before we even sat down. And if you have kids, Thursdays are a great time to visit—kids eat free!
Our server, Jai, was absolutely incredible. She knows the menu inside and out and made our experience so fun and enjoyable with her friendly personality.
I had the baby back ribs—absolutely to die for! The fried okra was crispy and flavorful, just perfect. My husband got the brisket, which was a bit thinner than he prefers, but still delicious. Next time we’ll ask for a thicker cut. The mac and cheese was average, but the baked beans were excellent. I’m already eyeing the potato salad for our next visit—it looked amazing.
They offer a salad bar as well.
All in all, this place exceeded our expectations. We’re already planning to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great BBQ and a fun, family-friendly vibe! BONUS: they have a drive thru!!!
