Honey , Come Sit Down For Breakfast ! Of course when you’re in Myrtle Beach , South Carolina you’re going to see several pancake and breakfast places , it’s the South ! Southern Pancake House is located at 7100 N Kings Hwy, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572. It’s open from 7am to 2pm everyday. They have a large menu of items and also daily specials. They even sell lots of Southern T-shirts with sayings like Kiss My Grits and Honey Hush.
I had the Chicken Fried Steak , Scrambled Eggs , Home Fries , and a Pancake with Strawberries. Also a Pot of Coffee . Everything was very good. I usually get Grits , but decided to try the Home Fries instead. Everyone was very nice and I would recommend you giving it a try.

We stopped here for a breakfast date. I ordered the shrimp and grits. really hit the spot. A HUGE bowl with perfect sized large shrimp. As well as a coffee. I wasn’t a fan of the coffee but my breakfast was great. My husband ordered the steak and eggs. As well as a blueberry mimosa. He was so full I had to drive home.
Service was great. So far my favorite breakfast joint with shrimp n grits. Definitely stop when you’re in town.

We can’t come to Myrtle Beach without getting breakfast at Southern Pancake House!! We found this little gem a few years ago and it’s still one of our favorite places. Honestly the best place
to get shrimp and grits. And the mimosas are always on point! The staff is always friendly and attentive. Ask to sit in Jody’s section she will take great care of you!!!!

We stopped here expecting the food to be good, but wow! This is THE spot for a perfect southern breakfast. Laurie was our server and she was fantastic. Friendly, loves taking care of her guests, and a great attitude. 10/10! Thank you for an amazing breakfast and for the southern charm and friendliness you hope for when visiting Myrtle Beach! Here’s what we ordered and will be dreaming about until we return!

Pretty typical beach diner. Portions were kind of small for the price. The food tasted good overall. I had the quiche of the day and it was pretty good; a little dry. We also got a to-go order for family back at the hotel. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the food before we left and found out once we returned to the hotel that it was the wrong order (I paid for a much more expensive order but only received eggs & bacon). I couldn’t go back because by that time they had closed.
The atmosphere is cute. Neat little southern sayings all over the wall. Plenty of seating.

The atmosphere was cute/southern and fitting for an early morning bite. This restaurant is cleaner than most I’ve been to. Jodie was our server and she made the experience so worth it with her southern charm, quick knowledge of the menu and warm friendly service. Request her for your next dine in! All in all, great place to eat!
