They false advertise the price of their menu items. The menu has one price then they charge you a different price. For instance the menu says 4 dollars for a 1/2 dozen donuts and they charge 6 dollars which is crazy because the menu price for 1 dozen donuts is 7 dollars. The excuse from management is are prices increased months again we cannot help the menu prices not being accurate. 1. They claim they are family owned well your priority should be reflecting accurate pricing not false advertisement. 2. When being questioned about why the menu does not reflect current pricing they need a better response than the prices have not been updated for months on the menu.

I went in just to buy a couple of items and the total came out higher than I expected, so I start asking questions and find out that the prices on the board are incorrect and everything is higher than what it says, then after quoting me 4.80 something for my order I check my cash app after I leave and find they’ve charged me 5.06. Seems like a crooked way to run your business and I will never go back!

I’ve tried a few other places in Silsbee for donuts because apparently donuts are a big deal in Silsbee.. This place definitely rises (pun intended) above the rest. The other places, the dough, feel weird and mealy, and the ingredients just don’t seem fresh, but here everything just tastes fresh and homemade, the blueberry muffins are my favorite!This will definitely be our spot for donuts from now on.
